  • Great beach front apartment with an ocean view in a wonderful resort on the best beach in Gulf Shores. Apartment has been recently renovated with new mattresses, TVs, and furniture; a very enjoyable and relaxing place to stay. Watch the waves roll in from the living room couch or cooking that gourmet meal with a fresh catch. Catch that important game with the brand new 50' LED TV and a second 32' LED TV in the bedroom in case others don't think the game is so important. 48 mbps Internet in the apartment, 58 cable channels with HBO, new memory foam mattresses on every bed.

My husband and I stayed 5 nights and had a great experience. It was a perfect location for us and we loved the short walk to the beach. The Sassy Bass Island restaurant was very convenient when we didn’t want to drive to town. We would stay here again.

Everything was as described, it was a short walk to the beach. The kids loved having multiple pools to swim in. Jeff answered every question we had. We will definitely stay again.

The walk was advertised a little closer to the beach and the view is not much of the gulf but pretty close if you lean over the balcony far enough. The cleaning people could do way better and wasnt cleaned well after construction but overall stay was nice and the property is awesome with many ammenities. The inside pool was probably the highlight of the trip, it was closer than the beach and way warmer! Overall it was a pleasant stay with very nice hosts. I would go back but I would hope it would be cleaner, and I would come up with a better way to get my daughter to the beach, she doesnt walk very well so this part was not easy.

We had a great time. The condo was nice. The owners were easy to work with and it was easy access to the beach, pool, and other amenities. I would definitely recommend this place and will definitely be back.

Wonderful getaway

The unit is comfortable, clean, and within a short walk to the beach. The pools are well maintained and inviting. The food and drinks at the restaurant on the property are delicious!

Peaceful retreat

Property was well maintained. Our room was on the small size but adequate for my husband and I. We enjoyed the peaceful area and beautiful white sandy beach.

Memorial Day weekend

Loved everything about this property. The grounds and pools are well maintained. Condo was as advertised. It’s quite small but it worked for my family.

Vacay 2024

We loved that the place was so close to the beach. Location was great. The beds were nice slept good. The only things that need changed is the fridge and the dining set. Better seats on the deck would be a plus. But other then that we had a great time and would book again.

Awesomeness at Best

Our stay was July 22-29, we didn’t want to leave! We would definitely visit again , hopefully in October For FallBreak, met great new friends from everywhere, And lots of delish foods!! Stay was good

We fished most of the time so we really didn't stay in the room that much. The beds had memory foam which made them super comfortable.

Gulf Shores Condo

The condo was just as advertised. My only comment would be the unit was a little small but, it was adequate for the four of us and we enjoyed our stay. Only wish the weather had been a little more cooperative.

Beach Family Vacation

The resort/ property was exactly as listed. The condo was spacious enough for our family of four. The bathrooms & kitchen were well equipped. The beds were comfortable. Family room had ample seating. Balcony allowed a beach view. Easy access to beach that wasn’t overcrowded & away from tourists areas. The owner was quick to reply to any questions. Thank you for our stay and sharing your piece of paradise.

Good property

The property is very good. The unit was a bit outdated. Ceiling peeling in shower. Needs to be repainted. Needs more cooking pans etc. That being said it was functional. Love the availability of hot tubs and pools.

Room overall wasnt bad but refrigerator needs updated its rusted, the front door is not secure like someone tried kicking the door in at one time. Other than those items the room is very comforting and we had a pleasant stay as we always do when we come down every year

A fantastic week

We have never stayed at Fort Morgan but will definitely come back. It's beautiful and quiet compared to other beaches. The Plantations is a great resort with multiple pools, hot tubs, an on-site restaurant/bar and nowhere ever seemed crowded or loud. Beaches were clean and beautiful. The condo itself has everything you need and was nice. The condo owner was very accommodating when we needed to change the date of our stay and also very patient when I called him once we arrived with a question. Some minor things are a little dated as said in some other reviews, but nothing major. A great stay, thank you!
