Our Stay

Our stay here at the condo was great for the most part. The room was nice with an awesome view of the ocean. The room was clean. However while our stay at this condo resort my car was damaged by the neighboring condo being worked on. They were paint the building and the wind was blowing. It has a clear paint sealant on it that won’t come off. Went to the front desk to talk to a manager not one available. The front desk lady said there was nothing I could do about it. I did get into contact with a manager after emailing the report about my car with pictures. I was told they would get to the bottom of the situation and we are two weeks post from our trip and haven’t heard a thing. I’ve emailed again to their main email and I have called and spoke with another front desk who would take my name and number and was told that a manager would get back with me shortly. It been a week later and no one has called me back. Poor management! Other than that our stay was fantastic. Now to assess how much in damage to get this paint off my car. I gave this an overall rating a 2 because of our experience with management. Money is hard to come by these days and if I’m gonna spend my hard earned money I will go else where when I go back to Gulf Shores! No one she have to deal with run around with management.

Had a few minor concerns. The bathroom floor was dirty and the bathroom vanity was in need of paint along the bottom part. The parking was great, location is great, customer service was excellent!!!!

Do not stay here!

When booking, it had pictures of a cute living area which ended up being the check-in area. No pictures were provided of the actual room until a week out and it was horrible. I had asked for pictures, I told that they all look alike to look at the website, the website pulled up the other all suites which had recently been renovated. Half the plug-in’s didn’t work, ceiling was falling in, no washer or dryer, tiny bathrooms, the furniture in the living room was very uncomfortable. Only two very slow elevators for the entire place which the workers also have to use. We will not stay here again. I have lost confidence in Brett/Robison rentals. The staff was very nice.

Nice condo

This was a very nice condo, just be cautious if you have a large vehicle do not park on the second level of the parking deck. We had an F250 and had a hard time getting out of the parking deck qhen trying to leave due to the sharp turn you have to make. Looked like a good bit of people had hit the wall. Also, the pool is very small, so if you are a pool person you may want to look else where! The room itself was very nice though!

We had to wait on the elevator the day of checkout for 45 minutes. Stagger checkout times or at least add air conditioning to the elevators.

Check Out Hell

Everything was Great with the exception of check out on Sunday. One Elevator was none working (out of order), This left only one elevator to serve 15 floors. Most all guest trying to check in or out , and families going to beach. Very Hectic and all carts were taken. Thankfully we were on the 5th floor, so our many trips down the steps to load car was very tiring to save the least . Yes we would stay again provided the elevators are working !! Thank You

The condo was clean and comfortable. Excellent views of the beach! I would stay there again.

Perfect location to enjoy the beach! The elevators were horrible at check out because everyone was leaving at the same time. However, I would just suggest taking stuff down very early or the night before to avoid the wait.

First time at Phoenix West

From the check in to check out we've had a great time here. Very adequate for 2 people, space was good and the furnishings were acceptable. 506 was a great location being an end unit, very quiet and easy accessed from the elevator. The kitchen had enough stuff to prepare any meal we would have wanted. Everything worked perfect. We'll be back.
