  • The Resort is a gated Gulf Front vacation community offering over 4000 feet of private sugar sand beach frontage, natural sand dunes, and gorgeous property landscaping . The property is located next to nationally ranked Kiva Dunes Golf Course and includes a wealth of activities and amenities for all. It is truly the premier choice for a Gulf Coast get-away.

    This Gulf Front, Non-Smoking Condominium is newly renovated (2021), fully appointed, and highly maintained for our vacation guests complete with wall-mounted flat screen TVs, WiFi, and cable. The Master bedroom is warm and intimate with its carefully selected materials, soft colors, and comfortable queen sized bed. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with all major SS appliances (including a Keurig Coffee Maker). The bathroom offers a beautiful white tiled walk-in Shower. The living room is equipped with a queen sized sofa sleeper, chair, ottoman and a bistro set with unmatched Gulf Front views to add to the spacious feel of the unit.

    This condo has been thoughtfully decorated with your comfort and relaxation in mind striving to capture the true sense of peace and serenity that these beautiful beaches have to offer.

The condo is perfect for 2 empty nesters. It is clean with nice furniture, appliances, big TV, nice clean linens and great views. This was our second stay and we hope to be back, the host once again sends you all the information you need ahead of time and there's no problem checking in. This is our favorite place to stay at the beach, thank you for letting us stay.

This was our second year staying at The Plantation and we will be back again! The view from the balcony was perfect! The condo was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable, and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine. The host was easy to get in contact with and responded quickly. We plan to return next summer!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The check in process was very easy. Shonda made sure that we had everything we needed to accommodate my family. Our condo pretty much had everything needed and more. Beach and pool access was super easy, right out the door. My favorite part was the balcony. Incredible views and just peace sitting out there listening to the waves. Our balcony had the perfect view of the gulf! I even got to watch parasailers, shrimping boats and even dolphins from the balcony. This condo just helped make our stay and first time at the gulf an amazing experience for my family.

Host was awesome, fridge didn’t work, and she and her husband were on their way with a mini fridge and coolers! Great view, and close to many great restaurants!

Wonderful view, well decorated and comfortable. Disappointed that Sassy Bass closed while there. Could have uses more hooks, hangers, shelves for personal items.

My husband & I have stayed at this complex 4 times & this is the best unit we've stayed in! The main reason I booked this unit was the fact it had a walk in shower & it did not disappoint! The floor plan for these condos are (understandably) very tight & I was surprised how much more room it opened up in the bathroom not having a tub! In fact the entire condo layout with furniture placement seemed like it had been done very thoughtfully to have as much space and function as possible. I also loved the fact the bedroom didn't have a dresser taking up valuable floor space, but had a 3 shelf 'cubby' inside the closet to the side that was perfect for placing what you needed to unpack.The veiw from the balcony was so relaxing being ocean front we never even turned on the big TV while we were there!

The view from the balcony was perfect. The beach is always beautiful. Check-in staff was friendly and helpful as always. There were a few things in the condo that were discouraging but the bed was super comfortable.

Condo is exactly as pictured

Great location for anyone who wants a less touristy spot, but within driving distance to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our stay. The pool and private beach were not overly crowded.
