This 4th floor 1568 sq ft East Corner unit boasts a deck large enough for dining outdoors or enjoying the beautiful sunset. The floor to ceiling windows offer unobstructed views of the Gulf. While you are here you can relax in the Jacuzzi tub and newly remodeled extra large walk-in shower in the primary bathroom. Take advantage of the wet bar and stay connected with free WIFI. This smoke-free unit features flat screen TVs upscale furnishings wood & tile flooring lavish bedding & full size washer/dryer. Parking is at a premium so a 2 car limit. No boats RV's or trailers are permitted

Parking passes and wrist bands must be purchased on site. The office is located on the 3rd Floor.

You must be 25 years of age or older to reserve this unit.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
