World Series Stay

Booked the room for our stay during the World Series. The room was immaculate!!!!! The management was responsive when we needed an extra parking pass. I would highly recommend you stay here!

Excellent - location, views, beach! Condo was just as pictured, very clean and plenty of room for our group of seven. Parking and access to the condo were both very easy. For the cost, would be nice if they supplied more than one days' worth of toiletries, specifically one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, dishwasher and dish soap and laundry detergent; but overall, a great stay and would definitely book again!

Gulf Shores Fall Vacation

Condo was very nice. Management was great. We booked at last minute to avoid Hurricane Helene. This is our favorite condo building to stay in when we go to Gulf Shores.

Amazing views!

The view from the 25th floor was outstanding! We were lucky enough to see dolphins each morning. We had good communication with Kerry and he was helpful during our stay. There was plenty of room for our family and we appreciated being able to have home cooked meals throughout our stay. Definitely would recommend this condo to anyone!!

2023 Family vacation

The condo was great! Beautiful views! Beautiful sunsets! There was so much to do when the weather was a little rainy. Lots of different restaurants near by also. We had a really good time. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful view

This condo has beautiful view of the ocean and the bay. We saw a bunch of dolphins, a sea turtle and even a shark from the balcony. Then you sit on the other balcony and had beautiful view of the sunset. Even though it is on the 25th floor the elevators were great. Even on check in day. It is perfectly located to walk to everything.

Kerry was great to work with. The view was the best view I have ever had and I have traveled a lot of places. There wasn’t a day that went by that we were not able to see sharks and sting rays from the balcony and we even saw some dolphins a few days. I would highly recommend this unit!

Amazing views!

Amazing views and location. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. Beds comfortable. Lock on the front door didn’t always function properly. Had to try multiple times to get door to unlock and open. Towels and bedding were older. Bathrooms could have been cleaned better. Overall positive. I would return to this condo again.

Great Location

This location was as advertised. It’s a great condo with unreal views. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this location and Kerry the owner. It was a very easy check in/out process and everything was clearly communicated from Kerry.

BREATHTAKING VIEW!!!

May 2022 This was a last minute booking and I’m glad I did it!! The pictures do not do it justice. 25 stories up is HIGH, folks! The view is awesome and nauseating at the same time LOL While on the balcony we saw dolphins, fish, stingrays, and sharks. It’s amazing to see how many people swim with sharks (I’m taking feet away) and don’t even realize it. The 180 view from the top is an experience in itself. We even had pelicans fly by at eye level and in my experience, in lower level units, that doesn’t happen. It’s always the underneath view. This condo has space!! Our family of 6 had plenty room to spread out and chill. The beds were comfortable. The 3 bathrooms were a nice bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed plus some. Meals at the dining table were incredible with the huge glass windows right there. THE VIEW!!! Booking was easy. Communication with the host was easy. The elevators were fast. Here’s a tip- When on the second floor push DOWN for the elevator not UP. You’ll get skipped if you push UP because the elevator goes all the way to the ground FILLS UP and then stops at the 2 floor. Go down first and then go up 25 floors. My stay was as close to perfect as one can get. However, I did have 3 MINOR issues: 1-smokers can ruin a nice balcony session. I actually thought the whole building was smoke free but I guess each owner gets to decide. THANK YOU FOR BEING SMOKE FREE, KELLY! 2- housekeeping did not wash a handful of new towels before leaving them out for guests. A blue wash cloth instantly poured dye when wet and a towel turned me blue. I found that gross for multiple reasons. The owner was informed but I figured I’d mention it here just in case it continues to be an issue. 3-The beach in front of the condo is supposed to be for the owners/guests that stay there. BUT there’s a public access (can see from the dining area) right next to the condo and a lot of folks start flooding in around 9am. They will take up most of the waterfront beach in front of the condo so get there early to avoid being stuck in the middle or backside of the beach. I mention this because people like myself pay more to stay on the beach to avoid big crowds. Obviously this isn’t the owners fault. The condo doesn’t have a beach patrol and the beach goers probably don’t know what’s what or they don’t care. Either way, get there early if you want a breezy, water spot. All in all, I’d book this condo again if given the opportunity!

Perfect!

Stunning views, nice facility, parking was hassle free (which is rare at many condos), comfortable furniture, very clean unit. Property manager is very friendly and quick to communicate. Many little things they have done made the unit even better, such as having nicer towels and plenty of them, detergent for dishwasher and washer, nice -not cheap- toilet paper, hairdryer in bathroom…even Q-tips in the bathroom. This trip was just me and my husband, but the unit would have comfortably housed 4 more people. I’d highly recommend this property!

A great experience and location. Condo was comfortable, clean, and well furnished. We have stayed in several condos at the Island Tower and this own is by far the best one with the best overall views.
