  • This luxurious retreat has the best of both worlds. Wake up and fish off the dock in the morning. Walk across the street and watch the sunset on the beach in the afternoon. Complete renovation completed Dec 2022 with no detail overlooked. All designer finishes and top of the line appliances. Large open floor plan to commune in the daytime with private bedroom spaces to retreat at night. Large dock on little lagoon for fishing with private sand bar behind house. Beautiful place! Enjoyed our stay so very much. Took my 91 yr old mother to enjoy her kids and grandkids. She hung out in the spacious downstairs and the grandkids had the large upstairs. It was a wonderful time.

The house is very comfortable with plenty of room for our group of nine. Fishing was fun off the dock and access to the beach was an easy walk across the street. The beds were very comfortable. We had wonderful weather for the whole week.

Beautiful home on the water with gorgeous views. Great communication ! The bunk room for the teenagers was amazing and we loved the location on Little Lagoon. Highly recommend this home!

Beautiful place!

Very enjoyable stay! Comfortable furniture, plenty of space (it's even bigger in person) and a great floor plan for my family to use for ten nights. The host was also very easy to work with; helpful and prompt.

Pretty property. Big and open. Kitchen was huge with great fridge/freezer. Has coffee pot and keurig. Furnishings in living space and bar stools rather worn. Beach access is right across the street.Needs a vacuum cleaner and/or small handheld vacuum!

Thanksgiving Beach Trip

Plenty of room for everyone, living area great place to hangout, view of lagoon was great! Enjoyed fishing off the dock. And beach was short walk with access right across street!

Amazing new house and location

My family stayed at this beautiful home on the water for a week. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean, and they had anything you could need in the kitchen. We also really enjoyed fishing on the dock. Beach access is directly across the street and was very convenient. The owner was very quick to reply. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Wonderful stay & experience

We truly enjoyed our stay. The slider doors in 3 rooms were our favorite part bc it rained a bit but we could still enjoy the view and relaxation. the chairs on the dock were put to good use for evening sunset and the owners were lovely. We will be back. thank you for having us.

Beautiful Space

We had a fabulous stay at Sonny Seas. The home was large, with plenty of space for us to spread out. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed to cook meals. The porches were great for visiting, and sitting out on the dock was our favorite thing. David was easily accessible via the message system on VRBO and he answered quickly any time we had to reach out. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Perfect Beach Stay

This house is everything it appears to be in the ad. It was the perfect location for our vacation with our children and grandchildren. The beach is just across the street. Fishing off the dock behind the house is also great. It was the perfect house for our family!!

Roomy, clean, and relaxing

This was a lovely vacation spot for our family. It was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for us. It was freshly renovated and in great condition. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and had beautiful appliances. It has a nice view of the water from the living room, porch, and two of the bedrooms. We truly enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you!

Sonny Seas weekend

Awesome house with tons of room. Well equipped with anything you could need. Great dock for fishing, enjoying a cocktail or sunbathing. Small beach area. Close to main beaches, restaurants & shopping. Would definitely rent again. Thank you Sonny Seas

Beautiful views, quiet area and lots of space!

House was very spacious and had amazing views! Large kitchen with ice maker, large fridge and gas stove top! Huge kitchen island! House is set back from the road and even when it was sunny the dock was so great to sit on with the breeze! Not a crowded area, easy walk to the beach! We love our long stay!

Luxury Home + Perfect Location

This home felt like we were staying in a little resort. Every detail has been attended to - plenty of seating, bedding, tv’s, and space for everyone. The upstairs bunk room is like a little apartment, perfect for kids. The beach is across the street (a one-minute walk) and the lagoon out back is beautiful. The beach wasn’t crowded at all when we were there in peak summer - it’s a nice way to enjoy the gulf without the crowds. Perfect home!

Sonny Seas

It was a large open floor plan home. Looked exactly as the pictures. The bunk room was perfect for the kids. We could choose to crossthe street to the beach or go out the back door to the logoon. We enjoyed both. Everyone had a great time. David was super responsive. Thank you for a great family vcation spot!!

Perfect for multiple families

My siblings' families and mine (6 adults and 5 kids) booked for a last minute long weekend trip. David was super accommodating for us given I reached out only a couple days before. The adults fit perfectly in the bedrooms and the kids loved the big bunk room. We loved how big and open the kitchen/living area was. Made for such a fun weekend spending time with our families! Would definitely book from David again in the future.

Great Location and views

This house was in a great location. You have the bay on one side and the beach on the other. Very spacious with plenty of room to spread out. This was the type house you can pack a bag and nothing else. There were plenty of chairs, toys, wagons, baby items so no need to bring yours from home. The kitchen was great with all appliances, an ice maker and wonderful island for guests to gather around. David was very attentive and would definitely book with him again. Couldn’t have asked for a better place.

Beautiful Home in Perfect Location

We had a lovely stay in this home. The ice machine was a HIT - we didn't know how much we would use it. The kitchen was huge and the giant fridge was great. Beds and pillows were comfortable. We had more than enough beach and regular towels. The basement was stocked with beach toys and a wagon that were used daily. We also used the basement fridge for adult beverages that wouldn't fit in the upstairs one. Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and one that we will always remember.
