The condo is very clean and comfortable. Being on the ground floor with a patio to the pool and boardwalk is super convenient. The kitchen is well stocked with pots,pans, and utensils. Linens were clean, and adequate pillows. We were there for spring break, and the weather was less than desirable so having the indoor pool was great. The area is very kid friendly, and family oriented, however, if you plan on doing anything more than the pool and beach, it is pretty far out from civilization. Believe them when they tell you there is only a dollar store unless you go 20-30 minutes back to town. From pictures I was definitely expecting something different when in reality the building is old, the pool situation isn’t anything fabulous, and the hot tub room has to be a health hazard with the overbearing chlorine and no ventilation.•The WiFi is terrible, and we could only watch tv in the living room. The bedroom tv’s didn’t work due to the WiFi issue. You can’t connect multiple devices. We had zero cell service in the condo.•Paying 40 a vehicle for parking is absurd. I’m still unsure why you’re paying resort fee parking here. The laundry situation is less than desirable. Paying for washing and drying in basically a laundry mat wasn’t my favorite after paying 40 to park? Beach towels bathroom towels/linens accumulate quickly so let’s lug laundry to a laundry mat.
