Family getaway

This house was perfect for us! Large bedrooms, bathroom for everyone and close to the water. Huge deck to relax on in the evenings.

Fantastic house

This rental was great. We loved the single floor layout, lots of room for everyone in common areas, great kids room, wonderful deck that was partially covered with lots of seating. Perfectly clean and well maintained. Communication with the host was amazing.

Very nice house, it looked newly renovated. The house was clean and beds were comfy. It’s in a good location. Beach access was perfect!! The booking was easy. They kept in touch during our stay to make sure everything was satisfactory. Our entire experience was great!!

Fall beach trip

The house was very nice. Great location. The bed frame on one of the beds broke during the night, we informed the property manager the next morning, and they had someone there within an hour to correct it. I would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous

It was as close to perfect as you can get!!! Beautiful house, gorgeous view! Everything was so clean. There were 6 adults and 5 kids. We all slept comfortably. Everyone enjoyed every day and didn’t want to leave, especially our 6 year old. She wanted to live there. Thank you for making our vacation one to remember!

First Family Vacation

My wife and I stayed here with our 11-month-old son for a week. The house was in a great location. It was the perfect distance from the crowds, but still close to all the shopping and food options. The home was completely updated and felt like a high-end private home. Everything was extremely cozy and clean. We could not have asked for anything better.

Fall Break

This was a great week. The Sea Star should be the Shining Star. It was clean, cute, and current! The house was well stocked with great kitchen utensils and full appliances that worked well for us. We will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location: Close enough to the center to easily access all the perks of Gulf Shores, but far enough away to be peaceful and not crowded! The house: You can tell it’s recently updated, everything was VERY clean! It’s an open living area which makes it perfect for a big family! The beds were so comfy, they spared no expense on pillows, sheets, mattresses, towels, ect! The porch/amenities: The back deck is SO nice and big! It had 15+ chairs on the back and our kids and adults enjoyed the open space with views!! Communication: Signature properties went above and beyond, the communication was so EASY! We will be back!

Outdoor fans installed in the ceiling of the partial covered deck would have been nice to help circulate the air. The dinning room table was large enough for all of us to take our meals together. . It would have been nice if the outdoor shower had a door so one could do a thorough job of getting the sand off of their body.The house was pretty with its blue and white theme throughout. The sectional was comfortable to sit on.The skillets were not useable. When I texted the property manager, they sent two new skillets over the following morning.

Great Location but bare minimum

My family of 8 adults all stayed comfortably at Jus Piddlin! We originally booked another house back in December but got a call two months before our trip that it was cancelled due to a pipe burst. So this was the house available during our stay. It’s a prime location! Not too busy and a perfect view! I would say the thing this VRBO is missing is details. You have to bring EVERYTHING. No sugar, coffee filters, beach towels, charcoal, etc. No rugs or personal touches which makes sense because this is a company owned and not family owned. The downstairs bathroom has a bit of a bug problem but all beds and sheets were comfortable and clean. The fridge takes a long time to get cold enough to keep your items cold. We were nervous our milk and meat would go bad but after a couple days it got cold. I just think this VRBO could invest in a better fridge, rugs, better bath towels, and outdoor chairs that you can see the view when you sit outside. Overall we had a great time!

Can’t get much better than this!

Reviewer Comments: I can’t say enough about how nice this stay was for our family of 6 plus our “granny nanny.” From the outdoor shower to the composite wood lighted steps and deck and deck furniture to the great room with comfy furniture and really attractive lighting options to the spotless, well-supplied kitchen to the smart TVs in every room, the 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom (plus another bathroom shared by the other 2 bedrooms and open to the hallway)—it just was so comfortable for everyone. It definitely felt like a getaway for our family. It’s located in a stretch of beach pretty distant from the condo towers so there was plenty of room on the beach to spread out and have space. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the small side, but everything is perfectly functional and comfortable. The property management was excellent and accommodating with great, unsolicited offers for help and simple instructions. We will definitely look up this property for our next beach trip.
