The beach view was beautiful and the pool was clean and heated. The condo exterior building is older and dated. Building employees smoke in lawn chairs on the ground floor (it's in an outside corridor) and the smell stuck to our clothes when we used the outside steps. Our keypad code didn't work upon arrival, but the customer service person was very helpful to quickly fix it. The condo company only supplies one roll of toilet paper per bathroom upon arrival/ we had a little conflict because the rolls were half used upon arrival and our request for additional toilet paper was denied and that customer service rep was incredibly rude. One of the bathrooms was missing hand soap upon arrival and it took two days for the Quality Assurance Inspector to provide us with hand soap. The kitchen didn't have basic spices, non-stick spray for the oven, so just be prepared to bring everything you need, including trash bags. Also, the parking pass for the condo was a surprise- I think 60 for a couple nights. Overall, the location was great and close to restaurants that we could walk too.
