The Gulf Shores Plantation houses many great amenities including restaurants and Kiva Dunes golf course.

The Space:
This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is in a secured gated resort complex in Gulf Shores Plantation West which is also connected to the Kiva Dunes golf course and sits directly on the white sand beaches of Gulf Shores.

The master bedroom has a Queen bed with a smart TV.
The second bedroom has a Queen bed, Twin Bunkbed and smart TV.
The living room has plenty of seating for the entire family and also has a large 50" smart TV.

Cable TV and WiFi are included at no additional charge.

There is a commercial laundry room on the main floor just steps away from the front door.

Guest Access:
The Gulf Shores Plantation resort is full of amenities including 6 outdoor pools, sand volleyball court, hot tubs, kiddie pool, tennis, basketball, shuffle board, a putting green, exercise gym with a sauna and hot tub. There are also several grills and picnic tables for outdoor dining and If you don't want to cook you can walk on over to attached Sassy Bass beachfront restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner or to just enjoy a drink while you relax to the sounds of the ocean. Spend the rest of your day relaxing on the beach or working on your tan at the pool. Kiva Dunes Golf Club is also next door and has another restaurant on-site to enjoy.

Other Things to Note:
Currently booking 4 night minimum stays. This helps us provide a more affordable rate to our guests. Please message us if you need a special date range and we might be able to provide an adjusted rate to meet your vacation needs.

The rate includes a paid parking pass, access to all of the amenities along with the chairs and umbrella provided for the beach. Tan lines are included! :)
