Bienvenido a nuestro hogar lejos del hogar en Surfside Shores! Limpio y espacioso, este condominio es una unidad de esquina ubicada en el segundo piso con tres dormitorios y tres baños completos. Ubicado a solo una milla al oeste de la autopista 59, (gire a la derecha en la T), este complejo está cerca del centro de compras, restaurantes y otras atracciones. Puedes caminar a Bahama Bobs and Pier 33 Grocery! Gulf Shores ofrece muchas cosas para hacer: ir de compras, cenar, jugar al golf y a un parque acuático, o simplemente ir al agua y relajarse porque, después de todo, ¡está de vacaciones!

Perfect getaway

The condo was perfect for my family of 5! It was a great location on the strip and right on the beach! The view was balcony was awesome! The condo was the end unit so it was right by the stairs which was perfect for going up and down to the car/ beach. We only used the elevator for arrival and departure since we had all our belingings. They did have carts in the lobby to make it easier. The kitchen was mostly stocked, it could use some cooking sheets, maybe another saucepan and scissors. But We had an amazing stay, no complaints! We left some beach toys and boogie board for the next person.

Great location, great rate

This condo is just far enough from the busiest area of Gulf Shores, but not too far. The beach was beautiful and not too crowded with easy access from the condo. It was very clean and in great shape, an excellent value for the money. We will certainly consider this place again if we ever come back to Gulf Shores.

Fun family vacation!

We loved the location- the closest we have ever been in all the years of beach vacations. There were four adults and two children-one that was two years old. The balcony railing was our only concern. The maintenance manager came and put up plastic fencing to help secure the railing for our stay at this location until it can be properly repaired. Otherwise than that we were very pleased with our stay.

The property is steps away from the beach. At first it seemed small, but it grew on us during the week. The first bedroom closest to the street isn’t the greatest with sound. The trash truck came promptly at 5am every morning, and woke me up, while emptying the bin.

Overall it was a good experience. The doors to the balcony from the master bedroom would not open and the door fell off from the utility closet where the washer and dryer are. We called and reported it and no one ever came to fix those things

Great spot!!!

This was our first time to the golf Shores, and we are so excited we chose this place! It is right on the ocean, and there is so much to do everywhere. You can walk the beach, walk the strip with all the stores, go to restaurants, just explore wildlife. We had a great spring break here with our family.

Very easy vertical affordable. My son got married there and wished I would of stayed longer. Renting was very easy and if I had questions they answered them quickly. I would most definitely come back.

Rest and recharge

Everything went smoothly checking in…had an issue with a balcony door, we called and maintenance was there the next morning to fix it for us. We had no other issues throughout the week. Would’ve been nice to have more sunshine but we did get plenty of much needed rest. Enjoyed our stay immensely…. Great location!

Nice Condo

The condo it’s self was great, could have been a little cleaner, there was onion peels in the sink, food in the refrigerator, a pile of sand behind the recliner by the balcony doors and the tub in the master bathroom was dirty, when we pulled the coffee maker, (no keurig) out to used it, they hadn’t cleaned the cabinet under it. They A/C works great in the whole condo except the master bedroom.

Overall a good condo

Had a few complaints. No keurig Outside patio door was locked -all condos in the past the door has been open with chairs, beach supplies etc Refrigerator door handle was missing. It had a sharp edge and my grandkids were with us so I put tape on it. I called the mgmt co and they maybe by end of week they could have one. However there was a review posted in 2018 that also mentioned the handle missing.

Amazing week

Our family had a great week at the beach and many thanks to this condo complex/unit. This is the 3rd year we have stayed at this complex and cant recommend it enough. The unit itself perfectly fit all of our needs. The only minor inconvenience was the internet/wifi reception is spotty. Would gladly stay here again!

This condo has both good and bad features. The location of the balcony is amazing!

This condo has some great features and some not so great features. The balcony location is amazing. You are very close to the water. It’s absolutely beautiful! A few of the railing pieces are loose and need repaired. The oceanfront ensuite is quite cramped with little storage. The king suite is very spacious and nice. The cooking pans and utensils need to be replaced. It is well stocked. But I recommend bringing a skillet and cooking utensils. Each bathroom had four towels and four washcloths. All in all the condo was just ok. For the price we paid I feel like some nicer pans could be added. The condo was clean but definitely not spotless. Everyone we dealt with at the management company was really nice. We called because I woke up with tiny ants on me. They were very nice and said they would send someone to spray, however no one ever came. I’m sure they’re probably short handed like everyone else right now.

Loved this place! Plenty of room! Convenient location. Short walk to beach or pool. Loved having a bathroom in the Parking garage by the pool. Will hopefully be back.

WiFi was a disaster. Took 2 visits from technicians to get us some type of signal, still wasn’t the best. Then was told it was an old building with thick walls. So if WiFi isn’t a requirement for, it’s an option for you.
