The condo was well-suited for my two teenage daughters and me for a low-key spring break getaway. Access to the beach is hard to beat! The keyless entry was nice and we had good responsiveness from the host. The complex has two buildings so adding to the listing which building the unit is in would be helpful (it is the building further west). The building has some age to it, as does the condo, so be prepared for that. The balcony overlooking the water is lovely but, due to the building next door extending out closer to the ocean than this building, the view is only one way looking east, so you don't get good sunset views unless you go down to the beach. This condo is a 7th floor corner unit, and it is in the western-most corner closest to the protruding building next door. The beds were all nice size, but the beds were not overly comfortable. All were very firm... so good if that's your thing. The pool area was nice and the gangway to the beach was well-equipped with several foot wash stations. With the condo being a mile or more from the public beach access, the beach in front of the condo never felt too crowded, which was really nice. You can walk for miles in either direction. We appreciated having tvs and bathrooms in each bedroom, though the bathrooms were quite small. Decent value for the price. Cleanliness was not sufficient with several issues reported to the owner.
