Windows to the World!

The VRBO pictures are great, but being in the condo and looking at the entire gulf area from 15 stories is absolutely amazing! We kept the curtain open at night just to see the beautiful view. For four days we were living on TOP OF THE WORLD! We highly recommend this place!

1502 Lagoon Tower

We love Lagoon Tower, and 1502 was perfect! I can't say enough about Beachball Properties. They made the whole rental process so easy, and were excellent with communication through out. Check in and check out was a breeze!

Will book again!

Exactly as pictured! The low occupancy condo was perfect- you get the flexibility and benefits of a condo without needing to deal with the craziness of parking and elevators at the large condos the the center of the beach. The dock area was beautiful and so relaxing- perfect for having meals or relaxing on the balcony.

Family Friendly

Cozy and comfortable space. Just enough beds for everyone. Spacious kitchen and living room areas. Fully stocked kitchen great for cooking in. The views were absolutely stunning. It was quiet and relaxing. A short walk to the beach. We felt safe with 24/7 security. We will be back!

wonderful get away

We had a wonderful time. Condo was suburb! Quiet, away from the main stream and gorgeous view from balcony. Walk across the road to the beach is right there and indoor and outdoor pool was enjoyable. Quiet stay for a weekend. Just what we all needed to relax and rejuvinate! Definitely recommend and we will be staying again in the future!!

Perfect couples get away!

Love that this condo had 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom and bed that were queens or bigger. The common area was large and open and allowed us all to hangout and cook with plenty of space. The indoor hot tub and pool were never to busy and the location to restaurants and shopping was great! The beach…. What a super easy 3 min walk to feel the sand in our toes.

Beach is a short walk across a not too busy street. Close to Orange Beach and so many restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay here. This end of the beach appears to be less crowded.

Lagoon Tower

We have stayed at the Lagoon Tower and Bel Sole' (almost right next to each other) and have enjoyed out time at both units. The security is appreciated and the quite if the night is needed. Only things I would suggest is having another way of obtaining the key to the unit. There are approximately 20 or more lock boxes to look through

WE ARE IN OUR 80,S. MY HUSBAND HAS CANCER AS WELL AS BEING WHERE HE CAN ONLY SHUFFLE WITH A ROLLATER . WE LOVE THE LAGOON, BAY AS WELL AS THE GULF. CANT DO THE BEACH ANYMORE BUT LOVE THE NICE BALCONY WE HAD.CONDO WAS BEAUTIFUL, NICE BEDS & BATHROOMS. MASTER BATH NEEDS A TALLER COMMODE. KITCHEN NICE. DECORATED VERY NICELY.

Reviewer Comments: Overall I rate the condo a 4 because although the condo was nice, it wasn't as beautiful as many I stayed in although the price was comparable. My favorite rooms were the kitchen/ living room. Mainly due to the awesome view of the lagoon. Amenities we're okay... Gym very small and outdoor pool looked dirty.Management was terrific parking pass was not where it was supposed to be and they got back to right away to help me locate them!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful week at the beach with family. The condo was just right for us. It has the most beautiful views of any place we have stayed in Gulf Shores or Orange Beach. This West End beach location seems to never be crowded and has much less street traffic as the East End. Our only small complaint was the lock on the beach access gate was difficult to unlock with both keys provided to us. This seemed to be a problem for everyone having keys to this gate. Overall everything was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you management for a quick response to all my questions.

Lagoon Tower

Continuation of the last post-I HIT SUBMIT BY ACCIDENT!! Going through all of the lock boxes to find out unit was quite tedious and took 20 minutes, the family was hanging out in the entry way the whole time. Not ideal for such a large family. Also, the light switches throughout the condo were questionable especially in the kitchen. The dryer has seen it's better days-when you turn it on it sounds like it will shake off the floor-we had to keep the door closed and TV turned up because it's that loud. But it was definitely a wonderful stay, and we loved having the rocking chairs and tables on the balcony for our breakfast and evening sunsets. I would stay here again.

Nice Condo

My family and I loved the decor and the condo at Lagoon Tower. The light in the kitchen needs repaired that is flush with the ceiling, the interior part of the light is coming down we noticed. A light switch going into the kitchen area, we kept off because it was weak-it didn't consistently turn on the lights. We had to be moved from our original condo due to a leak and mold, was given the incorrect information for the second condo, and ended up at Lagoon Tower. We were beyond elated as to how nice it was! The condo has security onsite, very professional, very informative, friendly and they all do a great job! The indoor pool is heated and the spa, both very nice! This property has an outdoor pool and pier area. The access to the beach is across the street. This property ended up being a great fit for us! It has new carpet, washer and dryer, and amazing views from the 15th floor! On super windy days we were able to hang around the condo and fish instead of going to the beach. Its location is out of and away from the traffic which was also very nice! Lagoon Tower is a nice property, quiet, clean, and well maintained.

Sistas trip

We enjoyed staying in the unit. It was very clean. The process for obtaining the key to enter the unit was stressful and the Check-In instructions were confusing. It would have been very nice to have a keyless entry, similar to access to the indoor pool and the gate for entry to the beach. One of the keys would not unlock the unit's door but could lock it. Found that to be an interesting concept. We reported the key issue immediately upon arrival on Fri but did not get a replacement key until 3 days later on Monday. Instructions for getting access to your WiFi was not correct on the write-up. Reported that issue immediately also. A customer service rep did something to provide access to my cell phone but not to the two other guests. After I reported that issue, WiFi access was discontinued on my phone. Resolution on this issue was received 2 days later on Sunday. For some odd reason, access to your cable service ended on Tuesday around 5pm, the day before we checked out.

The condo was super! It was comfortable, well furnished,spotless, and everything we needed for our month long stay. The property manager was great. Very prompt responses at all times. Couldn't have been better.🙂
