Disfrute de unas vacaciones en nuestro hermoso condominio con vista directa al golfo en el corazón de Gulf Shores. El condominio se encuentra en un edificio con solo otras 31 unidades para que pueda relajarse y disfrutar del tiempo en la piscina y la playa con solo unos pocos huéspedes. El condominio tiene una vista fantástica de la piscina y el Golfo. Disfrute de todas las comodidades del hogar con una cocina totalmente equipada y lavadora y secadora en el condominio. También disfrute de la piscina al aire libre, la piscina cubierta climatizada y el gimnasio con sala de vapor y sauna seca a solo unos pasos del condominio.

Este condominio puede alojar cómodamente hasta seis personas. Hay una cama queen en el dormitorio principal con baño privado. Hay literas construidas en el rincón del pasillo con medio baño convenientemente ubicado. El salón tiene un sofá cama doble. Los televisores se encuentran en la sala de estar y el dormitorio. Disfrute de un estacionamiento cubierto reservado con fácil acceso al elevador. Estrictamente no se permiten mascotas ni fumar, incluido el balcón.

Cualquier reserva realizada antes del 1 de octubre para la temporada de invierno (enero y febrero) requiere un mínimo de 60 días (dos meses). Las reservas que no cumplan con este criterio están sujetas a cancelación por parte de la gerencia. Después del 1 de octubre, se pueden hacer reservas para los meses de invierno con un mínimo de tres o siete noches, según las especificaciones de la unidad.

We were sick 12 days so needless to say, we did not enjoy our vacation. The unit was okay. Our main complaint was the couch. The seating pillows kept sliding and throwing us in the floor. A lounger or anti-gravity chair would have been nice for 2 sick people. Couldn't relax except in bed.

Not bad at all

The condo wasn't bad at all, but the couch and chairs are dirty and need a good cleaning. We threw some clean sheets over them. On the morning of check-out at 9am our door comes open. I'm standing in the hallway to the door. This young woman pokes her head in and said that they were the cleaning service. Nevermind that check-out is 10, and there's a working doorbell, instead of just coming inside. I did recommend a safety latch to end that problem.It's worth it, it just needs a few better pieces of den furniture and a few touch ups. Oh, they have a very nice view of the ocean.;)

Great spot & place

We had a great time. The condo was exactly what we need, which is usually just a place to crash at the end of a busy beach day. Unit was clean and appropriately stocked. Check in and out was super easy and you can't beat the location.

Dirty and black mold

Web description very innacurate. There is no covered parking for this unit, there were black hairs on our towels and sheets upon arrival, black mold all over the baseboards, ceiling spackle peeling off in the shower stall, chipped toilet seat, screen to balcony ripped and could barely slide it open, no shared hot tub as described, mold in the steamer shower amongst other less-than-stellar issues. Would never book again.

Great Beach Vacation!

We had a great first experience at Gulf Shores. The location of the property was great. The size of the condominium made the property on the beach not as crowded as other locations. The elevator was quick enough where we didn’t wait long. The balcony was private and a perfect view. The ONLY complaint I have is the water pressure. I’m not sure if it was due to everyone using water at one time or what was going on, but while taking a shower or washing dishes, there were times we had a trickle of water. when the pressure was good, it would go in and out after 5 minutes. The property management company was quick to respond to issues. We didn’t have a parking pass in our condo like we were supposed to, called them and they brought it over within an hour. Lightbulb in bathroom went out, they replaced it while we were out on the beach. We had a great trip and will probably stay here again!

Needs updating

Condo unit was dirty and needs major updates. Mold on and around sliding door, peeling ceilings, extremely dirty floor and baseboards. Paint chipped and scrapped. Cleaning person does not pick up appliances to wipe under. Rust stains in bath. We had to fix knob to use shower. Water pressure goes from drip to powerful the entire time in use. Building itself could use some love as well.

I wasn’t impressed with the cleanliness. We had to wash EVERY dish before we used. They clearly were not clean. Just kind of old and dank. However… I guess that may be what you get for this price range. This be was our first time in gulf shores. It worked though… there were NO BUGs… which is important. It’s not like you stay in your condo a lot anyways, right? Staying on the 8th floor was a pain since we could never take stairs and there is only one slow elevator … if that thing would have been out of service it would have been miserable. It worked, but don’t it to be very nice. It’s ok.

Good little place

Condo was clean and big enough for 3 girls. Only downfall was no tents allowed on that portion of the beach which we didn’t know until we had already put it up. Very close to the ocean. Building is pet friendly so we saw multiple dogs but they are not allowed on beach. Building also has limited parking and at times there was not a single spot. Management company that owns it was super friendly and very easy to get ahold of. All in all very satisfied.

Great stay

My husband and myself absolutely enjoyed the condo. Very clean and a beautiful view of the ocean. The only downside was when we got there the elevator didn’t work and we had to walk up to the eighth floor to get to our room. We didnt mind much because we always make the best out of any situation. It wasn’t down long and we was able to get our luggage up through the elevator vs walking it all up. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful stay in west gulf shores

Beautiful property with gorgeous view from balcony! We stayed my husband and I and our 3 kids aged 13,10,&9 and felt it was perfectly cozy! Washer and dryer in unit was so helpful for a large family I didn’t have to pack too much just wash it! Kitchen has everything you need! Indoor and outdoor pool are wonderful! Very short walk to the white sand beaches just out the door and down the boardwalk! This unit isn’t pet friendly which we appreciate as my son has allergies! Walking distance to the waves grocery store and beach house kitchen and cocktails restaurant! We loved how close it was! Only down side was the rest of the units on that floor are dog friendly so there was some barking at odd hours of the night but this is not the property owners fault and it was mostly very quiet! However the view was well worth an occasional bark from someone’s fur baby! And at night it was so quiet. Some ppl in reviews has mentioned the elevator it has been fixed and worked properly the whole visit. I definitely recommend this condo and will stay again in the future! The staff at Poole and associates were amazing always pleasant and kind when I spoke with them!

Great Stay!

It was a very nice clean place to stay ! I would come back anytime . We loved the location and it’s right on the beach! I would recommend anybody that wanted to come stay in Gulf Shores to stay here !

Just Okay

We have stayed at approx 30 different units over the last 30 years and waited too late this year to really get what we wanted. This unit was just ok. We paid over $xxx /night to get just “okay”. Only one elevator, which at times was a pain, as we were on the top floor and had to wait a while. Very little useful dishes. The coffee maker didnt work. The half bath is in the kitchen. The kitchen is only a one person kitchen. Sink ran out of hot water a lot. The fry pans were not good. The other guests vehicles sometimes blocked the entrance to the pool, which was the only access to the beach, we would have to exit to the complex to the right to get all our stuff to the beach. The entrance to the walk deck, is at the pool and the pool has very little walking space and often had to wait just to let people by that was coming and going so we disnt interfere with the feet of people sitting at the pool. Only one faucet hose for cleaning feet, had to wait even more. The beach chairs were always behind the other non renters… so we never had a view of the beach. Parking was very little. We had to park across the street in a sandy water filled area most of the time. We made it all work out though.. as we usually do. I usually dont leave a rating or comment, but vrbo kept sending me emails. So here it is.

Great place

Thanks for a wonderful Place to stay! It has a stupendous view. The appliances are all new and work. The elevator worked every time! YAY ! I would add a couple more dish towels and cloths. We stayed in and had to wash them constantly. The only thing that was bothersome was the latch on the balcony sliding door.

Pleasant until another guess yelled “White Powe” at my daughter & me!

The property was beautiful as was the room. The coffee maker was not working so we had to purchase one while there. I will NEVER return to Gulf Shores due to a hateful comment that was directed to me & my daughter! She is only 9 and should not endure hatred while on vacation. We will continue to vacation in Florida where the hatred is not as blatant.
