Arrived and the condo had not been cleaned and no bedding or towels. Spent the rest of day cleaning and waiting for someone to come and bring bedding and towels. The girl who came was wonderful. Big stain on mattress in the master bedroom, and furniture in master had broken dresser drawers. Closet door in guest room was broken. We cleaned the vacuum just so it would pick dirt up. It was full of dirt and hair rapped up around things and filter was dirty!!!! Rug in living room is so stained. Dryer needs a new lint trap. We stay at the Lighthouse every year and the last couple of years the condos have been a disappointment. Guess we will try another condo next year before we give up on it!

We had a great trip! Only issue was missing linen for the sofa bed. I requested them late at night and they were dropped off the next morning. Excellent service, we will definitely recommend this property to friends.

Family Vacation

We vacationed here with our adult children for 5 days and had an absolute blast! The place was clean, had the essentials, and kept us comfy! Check-in and check-out was flawless. We will definitely be back! Apx 15 minute walk to The Hangout. You won’t be disappointed!

Great condo and location

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was as described and they thought of everything. Something not mentioned is it has a larger than most balcony as there is no condo to the left of it and the balcony wraps around in an L. It’s really nice on calmer days! On really windy days, it definitely made the balcony very gusty.

Love this place!

We have stayed here every October for Shrimp Fest weekend and the following week. The managment are well organized. The staff are awesome. Their communication is great, timely and informative. The property is clean, parking is easy, location is great. Maybe 5 minutes walk to the Hangout and all of the great stores in the area. Stay there, the higher the better! Sun rise and Sun set pics are awesome.

AMAZING

The lighthouse condo was amazing. The view from room 1806 was absolutely breath taking. I very much enjoyed the balcony with my morning coffee. My first time visiting the gulf shores and I will definitely return. Although if you want to use the oven be prepared to wait awhile as it takes a very long time to heat up.

Breathe taking view.. loved sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins in the morning!! Beach access was perfect then back to pool to cool off. Location was ideal. Easy access to restaurants and local stores. would love to stay again

Beautiful views of the gulf

This was my family's first time staying in a non-hotel location, so we weren't completely sure what to do when we arrived to obtain our parking pass. There's only one tiny sign that says "office" in middle of the second floor parking garage but luckily we found it. After that everything went super smoothly. The room was just as described, and the balcony and views were beautiful. We enjoyed the proximity of the location to all the restaurants and stores like Walmart or DG if we ran out of supplies. The condo was very well kept and clean and my kiddos really loved the huge jetted tub. Overall the whole family was very happy with the experience, and we plan to be back.

Girls getaway

The place was very comfortable and the views were amazing. The only complaints I have is there was no hairdryer ( I did reach out to the landlord and she did respond but that time she responded I was over drying my hair) but it would have been nice because it was listed as having one. And I would have liked beach towels and chairs available to take to the beach. Everything else was spot on and I would Definitely stay again.

Good now, few updates will make it great!

We have stayed in VRBO rentals for years! I think my expectations were too high from other rentals we have been in. 18th floor gives a nice view! The kitchen pots, pans, skillets, utensils need to be new not from years of use or a thrift store. The guest bed sqeeks , seems a little unstable, guest bath / next to kitchen needs new toilet (maintenance had to repair but then the handle stuck), tub needs to be renewed, chips in the base. Outdoor furniture table nice but comfy sofa set would have been nice for the early morning coffee and girls time! The two pools were very nice,

Wonderful Getaway

We spent a lovely, relaxing week in this beautiful condo! It was exactly as pictured. Beautiful view, good beds, and gorgeous decor. The elevators are FAST—so don’t worry about staying on the 18th floor. Also, the TVs were very easy to operate. And you can see dolphins jumping every morning from the balcony. The location is great—we never cooked since there were so many good restaurants close by. Check in was super easy. As was check out. We highly recommend this place! We will be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Loved this condo

Everything was clean and tidy. The decor was light and beachy and just what i was looking for. The beds were AMAZING. My son loved the bunk bed room, and i loved the spacious laundry room for beach gear. Plenty of outdoor seating on balcony and kitchen had everything we needed. The property itself was well kept, quiet, and had a nice safe feel. Pam and John are wonderful hosts, i highly recommend this unit.

Great Location but Could be Cleaner

We enjoyed our stay here. Communication with landlord was convenient and quick. The unit had well functioning appliances and good air conditioning (once they got it fixed - within 2 hours of checking in). Describing the unit as a penthouse was confusing to us. It wasn’t the top floor and didn’t seem to have anything special about it. I didn’t prefer the master bathroom layout. The shower was very cramped. Also, stop and get some towels from dollar general on your way in, they’ll certainly be nicer than the provided linens. I would recommend that the landlord select a new cleaning company to use after tenants.

Wonderful Vacation
