    Cruising the Coast & Festival/Holiday Weekends

    We can only provide 2 parking permits per unit - strictly enforced. No trailers, RV's, over-sized vehicles that can't fit in a normal sized parking space.

    For Cruising the Coast we have additional over-flow parking available next door which can be reserved in advance.

    • Max occupancy of 9 is for all ages including children and infants (strictly enforced).

    • Parking passes are for regular sized vehicles only; we can not accommodate over sized vehicles or trailers at this time, up to 2 permits.

    • After you have a confirmed booking, we will need you to electronically sign a rental agreement and required HOA docs. We also require a copy of driver's license.

    • Cable TV is not available in the building. All TVs are smart or have Roku devices and antenna are provided for local broadcast; streaming passwords are not.

    • Please note that the jacuzzi tub jets not currently working and have been disconnected.

    Note for Vrbo & Expedia bookings: You may initially see two separate charges—one service fee paid to Vrbo/Expedia and one for your reservation. Your reservation is not confirmed until the reservation payment is successfully processed. Please watch for an email from us after booking.

This property was perfect for 3 high school girls from class of 1974 and 1975 reconnecting after we all retired in 2025. Great layout with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Kitchen was perfect for all 3 in there doing our Cajun cooking thing. We spent the whole day in the pool Saturday catching up then walked over to Felix’s for dinner and cocktails. Living room layout spacious and very comfortable. The beach view was inviting but it was a lil too chilly to get in this time but had some fun walks on the sand. The location was also easy to get to and from Ocean Springs shopping and restaurants. The staff at Sienna were very friendly and helpful to us when we had questions about the area. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Isaac and Anthony for making our trip a fun and relaxing reunion!

This was a great location, and the three bedroom three bathrooms was perfect for our small group. The view is amazing and the location is convenient to walk the beach and for dining options. The screened in porch was a little disappointing, The only feedback I would give for improvement would be to improve the mattresses a pillow options to at least compare to hotel options.

Great location close to everything but out of the crazy busy. Beautiful views of the ocean and pool! Excellent for our elderly parents, close to elevator and a walk in shower. Very well equipped for a family!

Perfect girls trip

Everything was perfect for our annual girls trip that my daughter, niece & I take each year. The condo was absolutely gorgeous & the property was well maintained.

Gulfport condo

Nice condo. Convenient location. Was a small hiccup in check-in as they apparently had no idea we were arriving. The condo also could have been cleaned a little better. Something sticky spilled all over the kitchen and the rugs were filthy and hadn’t been washed in a very long time. My mom actually threw the bathroom rugs into wash and they came out looking brand new! Also there isn’t anything complimentary in the kitchen, nothing! No condiments, salt n pepper, or even coffee! That was definitely disappointing as its super inconvenient to have to buy brand new when you’re obviously not flying home with them. Pool and spa was ice cold the first day but we alerted fromt desk and the next time it was quite a bit warmer.

Guys trip

Pros: Clean place. Pictures are accurate. Nice access to beach, nice outside pool area. Conveniently located to Gulfport and Biloxi. Cons: Condo door must be locked and unlocked with standard keys as electronic access doesn’t work. There’s a screen across the balcony somewhat hindering the balcony gulf view (may be a pro for others, just not for us) The beds were all significantly too firm, not luxurious firm, maybe this will improve with use. Overall a nice place, but may look elsewhere next trip.

Very nice condo with lots of room

Lots of space. Furniture was not new and not totally remodeled but still very nice. Perfect for our family. Only one complaint it definitely could have been cleaned better. Mostly the floors and windows. We enjoyed the big window in living room to dolphin watch and we saw them almost every day. Pools were amazing and staff was very on top of things. Could have used more umbrellas at pool if you burn easy like me shade is hard to come by but very nice indoor pool and hot tub. Also no easy way to get to beach with kids. We managed but seemed dangerous. Busy highway. We didn’t spend a ton of time over there. All in all very relaxing and comfy stay. Would stay again if in area.

Beautiful Condo!

This condo was beautiful!! View was amazing! Right across from the beach. We were minutes away from restaurants and attractions. Our family had an amazing time. Communication with owner was on point. Everything we needed to know prior to getting there was emailed to us. We will be booking this particular condo again.

Sienna 404

A beautiful, property with an awesome view of the ocean. A great location for a family gathering. The property is quiet, safe and well kept. The security guy, Tony was very helpful and knowledgeable. The cleaning staff needs to clean under the beds and vacuum under the couches. Also, you might want to let guests know to bring their own trash bags. All in all, minor issues compared to relaxing environment and beautiful condo and amenities. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone who wants a relaxing getaway or retreat.

Gulfport Last Minute Getaway

Property and Unit 404 had everything we could have needed. Isaac went out of his way to make sure to have a shower chair available for my husband and was contacted us during check in to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Great views from the balcony. We really enjoyed our stay.

Short Vacation

We had a short 4 day - 3 night vacation in Gulfport. This was a great location. Close to restaurants, grocery store, and souvenir shops. Access to the beach was great! Swimming pool was awesome.

Graduation Trip

Our group had two 50+ adults and three 18 year olds. We loved our stay! There was plenty room for everyone. We felt safe with the gated environment and the gentlemen working there.
