There were 17 of us, including 2 toddlers, that stayed in these two houses. You could see the beach from the front porch of both houses. The homes were clean. The living and kitchen areas were very spacious and provided lots of room for our social gatherings. We did walk to the beach several times. It was about a 2 block walk. That was a marvelous aspect. The bedrooms are spacious and each had closets. The patio out back was very spacious for social gatherings. Beach towels were provided. That was a plus. The house with all the stairs had a game floor with ping pong tables and basketball hoop that came in handy. The six bathrooms came in handy. My only suggestion is that handrails be added to all showering locations for the elderly in the family. That was a little awkward as we had three individuals in their 80s using the facilities and were called to assist in the showering. One night the code wouldn't let us back into the house and the host answered my 10pm call straight away and got us in the house by talking us through it. It was a very enjoyable stay with plenty of plates and silverware. Two great coffee makers; one Keurig and one by the pot...excellent idea for such a large group. It was in close range to all the places we wished to go. We would definitely rent again.
