The whole place was spotless and the staff were great, a wonderful warm room on a cold night and to top it off a fabulous breakfast so a perfect place to stay

Galgorm
Everything was amazing ! Lovely friendly staff, outstanding river view from our gorgeous room, with our own Christmas tree ! Breakfast was delicious, as were the meals in Gillies and Fratellis. And the wonderful relaxing spa to top it off. Fantastic two days.
