“It wasn’t how we thought it would be, the shower was cold no hot shower through out my stay no a/c and when I called the lady kinda laughed and said we’ll open the window. To expensive for what was offered. Would not recommend it to anyone or be back. ”

“I’ve stayed at numerous rentals and this is by far this best! This home was stocked with everything you could ever need along with hilarious tp verbiage down to the last roll! I was able to get a late checkout with no problem, the beds and pillows were so comfortable, wonderful front porch, enough room for everyone and a lot adorable wildlife visitor’s passing through the yard. ”

“Love this property!! So clean and comfortable. The location was perfect as our base to motorcycle out of. Many beautiful places around. Montrose has many great places to eat. The groundskeeper, Joe, was great, as was Coal, the property watch cat. Night sky was endless with stars. Mornings, watch the herd of Elk in the fields below. We cannot wait to go back!!”

“Very comfy, peaceful place right on the Gunnison River.Great for 2 people. Town of Gunnison is nearby for supplies, groceries, restaurants. We got groceries at Natural Grocers and cooked in. Spent a lot of time out in the yard watching fishermen and rafters go by on the river.Spent a full day at Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP, which was about 60 miles away. Very quiet neighborhood.Only visitor was a deer who came by while we were out in the yard reading! Contacted the owner with a few...
