“The room service food at this place was authentic and we thoroughly enjoyed. The morning staff were nice, cant say the same about night staff. The rooms were clean. We faced minor issues with the hot water. Every time we needed to take a shower we had to call reception to ask them to turn the geyser on. Then it took time for the water to heat up. It took more time than needed to get ready in the morning. One of our rooms didnt have a ac remote so we couldnt change the temperature. Not a bad...

“Room was ok. Bathroom did not have western facilities like hot water from the shower, tissue, etc. Everything was designed for Indian customers. Expedia description is misleading. It sounds like a standard room in a western 3-4 star hotel. Mentioned buffet breakfast included which was not the case. The whole facility is in a construction mode. The staff however was friendly and tried their best to make up for these deficiencies . ”
