  • “THE DEPOT” located next to the tracks at 202 south 3rd street Guttenberg Iowa. Located in the heart of guttenberg this 1000 sq ft 2 bed 1 bath home is 3 blocks from the river. Extensively insulated and remodeled. Central air, Fully furnished, WiFi, washer and dryer, bean bag boards, outside patio, outdoor covered area with tv, fire pit and grill. There is a golden tee arcade game for kids and adults to enjoy! Living room has seating for 6, master has a pillow top queen bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 pillow top twin beds. Roku TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. Plenty of Parking outside for at least 3 trucks with trailers with an outdoor water hose for cleaning your boat off. This home will not disappoint!

Very clean and tidy property. Close to everything in town and river access. Loved the grilling area in the yard! The Depot lives up to its name and we would stay here again.

The property was very clean, comfortable and very inviting! My husband loved it and he is really particular, however I am a light sleeper and the train woke me up around 3:30 am and I couldn't get back to sleep. However, we knew about the train being close to the property prior to booking.

This place was so spacious. So nicely decorated. I was concerned about being so close to the railroad tracks, but was not a problem at all. I will definitely book this place again.

The Depot is conveniently located and a great place to stay! It was clean, spacious, all the amenities and lots of parking.Check-in was a breeze. Looking to grill, but don’t want to miss the game, news, or game show? No problem, there is a TV outside next to the grill. Kids want to play games? Send them to the Golden Tee arcade. As others have mentioned the trains are close and loud. In our stay it seemed like more Fri night than Sat, but I don’t know if that holds in the future. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed the shop owners we met. They were very friendly and knowledgeble about the area. We loved the house. It was very clean and homey. We thought the host was very nice. If we return to the area we would like to stay there again.

this is our second time staying at this location and it’s very well maintained and managed. It is close to the train track, but I slept through the night like a baby and it didn’t bother me at all. It’s actually quite fun if you like trains. Definitely coming again!

Everything was great and consistent with what was advertised. Home was spacious and clean, very comfortable! Easy check-in, close enough to walk down to the river, and nice outside set-up. If ever in the area again would definitely stay again!

Very Good Choice for a Guttenberg Stay

The property was very clean and stocked with the necessities! Our stay was very comfortable. We have stayed at many rentals in Guttenberg and this has been the cleanest thus far! We would stay again and recommend.

The Depot was adorable!

We really enjoyed staying at The Depot. It was clean, lovely decor and anything you could need was right there at the property! We highly recommend staying at The Depot if you visit Guttenberg!
