Nestled on a quiet cul de sac street with parking available for a raft or an ATV this home has it all. A fenced backyard, private hot tub, walk out river access for fishing or paddle boarding and close proximity to 4x4 and OHV access awaits. About 35 minutes to Vail and Beaver Creek Resorts and 30 minutes to Glenwood Springs. We look forward to hosting you!

Great place for our family of five. Comfortable, clean and just as advertised! Hosts communicated wonderfully, had a/c units and fans for unseasonably hot weather and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay!

We have done several rentals in Gypsum and this is by far the favorite. The hosts were great, the place was very clean and there were lots of hospitality extras. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Check in was easy, It was very clean, had plenty of towels, coffee, beds were comfortable. Beautiful view out backyard. Would stay again.

Loved the river flowing through the back of the property. My favorite way to start the day was to make a cup of tea and enjoy listening to and watching the river flowing by. Beds were comfortable and plenty of linens available. Kitchen made it easy for my family to make breakfast together and enjoy an easy start to our fun filled days in Colorado.

We had a wonderful time at a beautiful house on the river. The hosts were very welcoming and it was perfect for 2 families plus grandma. I would highly recommend staying there and would definitely stay there again!

We had a great stay here while visiting my family in town. There was plenty of space for my daughter and I, my parents and grandparents. The view out the back the first morning there was incredible and we spent a lot of time outside by the river and in the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again.

This home exceeded every expectation we had! Gordon was an outstanding host and made everything so easy from start to finish. The house was immaculate, comfortable, and absolutely beautiful. It had everything our family needed and instantly felt like home.We stayed here during our son’s Baseball World Series in Vail, and it truly made an unforgettable week even more special. Between the gorgeous scenery, peaceful atmosphere, and wonderful accommodations, we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Thank you, Gordon, for helping make such a special week one we’ll remember forever. We highly recommend this home and would love to come back!

Great host. Great property. Communication from the host was great - timely and responsive. The rooms and property were exactly as advertised in the pictures. The location is amazing - right on the Eagle river. 10/10 we will stay again.

Gordon is by far the best VRBO host I’ve ever had. He responds quickly to every message and goes out of his way to accommodate whenever possible, which made the entire stay seamless.The property itself is incredible—especially if you love fly fishing. Being able to step out, fish for an hour, and then walk right back to the house to relax, BBQ, or enjoy the hot tub is hard to beat. The setting is peaceful, private, and perfectly set up for that kind of experience.The fishing exceeded my expectations. It was truly exceptional and made the trip memorable.I will absolutely be back.

The house was exactly as pictured and in a beautiful location right by the river—you could even hear the water at night from the master bedroom, which made it feel so peaceful and relaxing. My son loves fly fishing and caught two fish within 10 minutes right in the river behind the house, which was fun ending to our stay. We stayed 17 days and it truly felt like a little mountain retreat getaway. We had previously lived in the same town and came back for a long visit with family for a wedding and graduation, so it was the perfect home base.The host was very responsive and allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. The house was well stocked with towels, bedding, and coffee, and the beds were very comfortable. Each room also had its own individual AC unit, which made everyone’s stay super comfortable.We absolutely loved it and would definitely stay here again.
