“Great service the people there are amazing organised my cruise, my bus and when i stupidly left my passport there they sent it to me on a bus so i wouldn’t miss my flight. I’ve traveled for three weeks in Vietnam and this is by far the best! Would recommend and if I go back to Ha long bay I will always choose to stay here! ”

“Nice hotel, big suite room. Situated well away from anything. Early November, no infinity pool and no rooftop bar. Breakfast was china-centric, but enough items available for this Western boy. Spa was reasonably priced. It should have been super quiet, but there’s a beach party every night with booming bass techno “music” till around midnight. ”

“Everything was excellent. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Location is just perfect with lots of food, drinks and massage options around. Huge breakfast buffet. The staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel organized a boat tour for us the same morning we arrived, so we had enough time to visit everything Ha Long Bay has to offer.”
