Es un hotel al que vamos habitualmente por motivos profesionales. Seguramente sea uno de los mejores hoteles en el centro de Haarlem. Para mi gusto la cama es demasiado blanda. Generalmente está muy limpio aunque he sufrido algún que otro despiste del hotel.

El hotel está bien situado en el centro de Haarlem, el personal es muy agradable y las habitaciones están bastante bien. Para mi gusto el colchón no es muy cómodo, es muy blando y se hunde bastante pero eso depende de los gustos... En general, bastante bien.

Tengo una reserva por dos noches, dos personas con desayuno, total 318,10€, entro el dia 26 y me cargan 400€ en mi terjeta de credito.Cuando me voy el 28 pido la factura y me cobran la reserva:318,10€ . A los cinco dias sigo de viaje por Europa y todavía no me han devuelto los 400€ que me cobraron al entrar, total que de mi tarjeta al día de hoy me han cobrado un total de 718,10€. Sigo esperando la devolución ya que mi viaje es de 15 días y me hace falta el dinero de la tarjeta. He estado despues en dos hoteles mas y he pagado la factura sin problemas ni bloqueos en mi tarjeta.

Fantastic hotel
Este hotel es un cinco estrellas!! Precioso. Servicio excelente. Buen desayuno! Si visitas Amsterdam hospédate aquí en Haarlem porque está precioso. En 10 minutos caminando tomas el tren a Amsterdam! Vale la pena!!

My friend and i stayed at this lovely hotel for 1 night, i have stayed before with my husband. We found the staff very friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The room was very clean and very comfortable. Beautiful entrance and foyer with a fabulous staircase and stained glass ceiling. We will be back, thank you to all staff.

A very good hotel in a great position.
The first two nights were not so good. We had a deluxe room at the front of the hotel which was very noisy. We then moved to a smaller room at the back which was much better. Most of the staff were very nice except for one lady that wasn’t very pleasant when we asked for a recommendation of where to go to visit.
