Further south, you’ll find Gråsten Castle, a summer gathering place for the royal family. Continue to Sønderborg, beautifully located at the Flensburg Fjord and the island of Als. The town offers much to see, from a charming harborfront with cafes and restaurants, Sønderborg Castle, to the nearby Dybbøl Banke History Center. From there, it’s a short trip to Danfoss Universe on Als, where you can experience the forces of nature firsthand.
