Overall, we enjoyed our stay! Was a nice place for the price and the host was easy to communicate with. Did need vacuumed when we arrived but other than that it was clean. We would stay again.

The property was very nice, cute decor, comfortable. Good location. The housekeeping needs attention!! Kitchen trash can was completely full from last renter, floors and rugs needed vacuumed, refrigerator needed wiped out, glassware wasn't to clean. Remotes for ceiling fan and " mood lights" didn't work, also directions on how to operate TV's would be helpful for those who don't know how to work " smart TV's". We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, would recommend it, just needs to address the housekeeping.

Went to check in at the set time by host. Entered property and it was not cleaned from previous renter. Even smelled of cigarettes. Had ti message host x3 before response, even gave my phone number. Gave me my refund. Then proceeded to tell me conflict in schedule if cleaning lady. So ended up staying elsewhere glad I had somewhere to go. Then she sends message “Hope you enjoyed your stay and everything went smoothly”. Really? That was such a poor response at the moment. Don’t know why the host was so uncaring about messing up her renters plans. I’ve stayed at this place before and had a good experience. Not so lucky this time. I suggest if you rent here make sure the place is going to be cleaned before traveling over 3 hours to get there.

I would give 10 stars!

What a cute little apartment that fit my needs of my trip. The whole place was so clean and updated. Bed was so comfortable. Was so relaxing late evenings with fireplace on watching a movie with a glass of wine. My brother’s girlfriend commented how nice and wide the steps were up to the quaint little patio. Getting I was a breeze. The host was very accommodating and checking to make sure I had everything I needed. The only negative thing I could say was bed pillow was too hard for me but I managed by sleeping on the throw pillows on the bed, which there were quite a few. Thank you for this opportunity to stay in your cute place. I hope to be able to come back again since it’s my “hometown area”.

it was closed to my fathers house, only complaint i had was that the app or website wouldnt let me message the host. kept saying didnt go thru and prompted me to retry which i did 3 times with same resuts

Cute little hideaway

What a cute little apartment! We very much enjoyed our two-night stay here. Everywhere you look there is attention to detail and beauty. Biggest ding is it's a tight squeeze around the bed. Our hostess, Michelle was very responsive when we needed help getting the heat turned on. We enjoyed Willie & Red's, The Dairy, Abbott's Candies, and the Wilbur Wright birthplace while we were here, and we'd be happy to stay here again.

Some property owners say all you need to do is show up because everything is available onsite... this property OVER delivered on that promise! Every detail, every comfort, every "I mighy need..." was readily available and within arm's reach. I 100% will be booking again the future. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing your space and making us feel so at home!!!

Cute Place but Hard to find

Our GPS brought us to the neighborhood so we knew we had to be close but it was so dark by then we really struggled to find it. Could not find a house number so started wandering. It was then that we saw lights in the rear of the building, leading us to a bunch of stairs. After sending one person to the second floor we determined we were at the right place! Cute place! But immediately heard the beep of the Smoke Detector with a low battery. I contacted the manager multiple times via Messenger system. This dang thing was behind a closed door so we couldn't reach it ourselves. This was about 9 PM. We listened to it beep every few seconds until we left at 7:30AM. Horrible, sleepless night due to the screech. She acknowledged my problem 10 hours later and they did have it replaced by 9PM that night when we arrived back. I was very grateful that Michelle worked with me to correct my mistake in not booking two nights as planned. She added the second night once we realized my mistake. Very clean, cute, but I won't recommend it to people that struggle to navigate stairs or struggle to carry luggage upstairs.

Great overnight stay

A few friends and I stayed here the night before the Muncie 70.3 triathlon at Prairie Creek Reservoir. It was a very nice, clean apartment, great location, and had everything we needed/wanted. I would recommend this apartment, especially for those attending events at Prairie Creek!
