“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel for 2 days. We were 4 adults with 2 rooms and thwy were both beautiful!!! The hotel is so beautifully decorated and thw grounds are stunning. The staff were so friendlu and helpful. David and joanni at thw front desk were phenomenal. They even gave us a box breakfast early morning before our taxi to the airport which was delicious, as the breakfast had not started yet. It was delicious and we were so grateful! “I arrived late in the hostel and found it fully empty. There was even anybody in the reception. Tried to call someone and no reply. Had to wait for another 2 hours and with the help of hotels.com customer service, someone arrived. So definetelly, the security needs to be improved in this hostel. Everything else is good, rooms are basic but comfortable. I stayed in double room and it has mosquito net and fan, the bed is very spacious and comfortable. ”

“We decided to stay at this hotel for our first night because of the reviews about the Kili view. However, for my perspective the hotel does not worth the price you pay. Rooms have not good ilumination, no TV, not even books or internet, I know that when you go to Africa you are going to do activities outside, however, yo do expect to have at least internet to contact your beloved ones to tell them you arrive.
