“Staff really kind”

“It was a really good stay! They have a three bed room and it was so convenient. The view from the lodge reception is incredible that we were hardly in our room. All the staff were really welcoming and we made friends with them all, making the stay so much better!”

“Ameg is beautifully landscaped. My room was spacious and well-appointed. The sidewalks were being re-done, which made walking in the muddy grass challenging for me. The staff repeated met me as I walked to the dining room to ensure I was safe. The food in the dining room was really good - I especially liked the lemon pepper chicken! I will stay at Ameg in any future visits to Moshi. ”

“Leider ist Vijiji nach der Renovierung in einem schlechteren Zustand als vorher. Im Zimmer ist kein Schreibtisch, von WLAN auf dem Grundstück ganz zu schweigen - obwohl ich vorab hierzu eine (unbeantwortete) Anfrage geschickt hatte. Das Bad war leider in einem schlimmen Zustand (alte Monatsbinden im Müll), verdreckte Armaturen. Das Zimmer war einfach aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet - nur leider ohne irgendeinen Tisch, abgesehen von einem kleinen, niedrigen Beistelltisch. Schade, der Garten ist...

“Très bel emplacement, en pleine nature et quelle vue. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Le dîner ainsi que le petit déjeuner était délicieux et bien copieux. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous avons également profité de l'excursion aux eaux chaudes via l'hôtel et avons adoré. Merci beaucoup ”

“The people that work at this hotel deserve 10 stars! Professional and very accommodating in every way imaginable. They make the property what it is. The restaurant food is delicious but a bit pricey for the area. If you’re staying in Moshi or intending to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro, I definitely recommend staying here. Our favorite part about this hotel were the workers & the food! ”

“Pasamos unos días de descanso después del safari. Lugar tranquilo a las afueras de Moshi, necesitas taxi para ir a la cuidad pero con unos 4 dólares lo haces. Vistas al Killimanjaro. Una espaciosas zonas comunes con piscina. Los exteriores bastante bien cuidados pero a las habitaciones les vendría bien una reforma. En cualquier caso, si tuviese que hacerlo, volvería a alojarme ahi”

“Staff was great. Food was great. Property was great. Natural setting with birds and monkeys was really great. On a clear day you can see the top of Kilimanjaro as you have a gin and tonic on the veranda in the photo. Monkeys would be playing overhead as you were eating on a terrace overlooking a bird paradise. Horseback riding was great through the village and jungly terrain. Gift shop was great compared to others I saw in Tanzania and we spent loads there. Pool was great. Wonderful...

“The facilities, including the lodge, furnishings and buildings were tip top, much to like. The greenery - trees, gardens great. Some of the staff - especially house keeping were unresponsive/slow and if something was requested in the room, took too long, and once we requested towels at the swimming pool which were never delivered even after following up. One staff, called Saidi was great, with impeccable service. The entrance to the lodge is through a busy and chaotic market place: the lodge...
