We weren't sure if we could use the laundry facilities but we didnt ask either. We also dodnt know that all the bedrooms were upstairs as we traveled with our elderly onlaws who could not get up the stairs. Luckily the pull out couch in the livingroom was thier for them to use. Other than that the stay was nice. We loved the neighborhood and the host's communication was very good.

Extremely nice

This house was extremely nice. It was clean organized. Had everything that we needed. There was plenty of towels in all the bathrooms. The kitchen was very nicely equipped. The only suggestion that I have in the kitchen is that maybe have some salt and pepper I have stayed in other locations which have spices. I really hate to go and buy spices to cook and then end up throwing them away at the end of our visit since we flew when we drive we carry our own stuff but when you’re flying it is kinda difficult. The Pool was clean. We used it almost every day.We had plenty of beach towels, the tables and chairs outside were very convenient all in all it was a very enjoyable stay. It does have a washer and dryer very convenient.. it is a gated community and the people at the guard shack were very friendly and accommodating..

The king size bed is infact a queen. So there are 2 queen sized beds and 2 twin sized beds. The filtration system for the pool wasn’t functioning properly and there were millions of bugs in the pool. I contacted the agent for the property and they were able to send someone out to fix it within a day or so.

Clean, Comfortable and Convenient

Our stay at this home was great. The home is equipped with everything you need including items for younger kids. The pool was clean and maintained every week. The house is conveniently located near a Walmart and many other stores/restaurants. Kieran is very nice and it only took a few minutes to get a response regarding accommodating our extended stay. I would definitely book again in the future.

Love it

This house was perfect for my family’s little vacation. We each had our own rooms, and the entire place was big enough we weren’t on top of each other. Also being able to wake up and walk right out to the pool was awesome! I would stay here again.

Nice house, convenient location

We stayed 3 nights. The house was clean and comfortable and in a very convenient location very close to a Walmart. The kitchen had all the equipment needed, but absolutely nothing else. It would have been nice if there were coffee filters and salt and pepper, at least.

We enjoyed our month in Hanes City walking daily in the good weather in and around the golf links. The house was very much like home, very comfortable, including all the kitchen utensils we needed. Beds and furniture were comfortable and all we needed for our month visit. On some days we walked at Circle B Bar Reserve (30 mins away) and saw lots of Alligators!

Great place

Very clean, great neighborhood, love the house and location. Shower needs upgrading very poor pressure. Pool was very clean and well taken care of but unfortunately the water was way to cold to go in. But looked beautiful. The house is decorated very charming, I loved the little touches. All in all I loved it. Wish I lived there.

Ok, but!!

When we got there, the code didn't work, at least this time the property management answered to get it resolved. Went out on the patio and the pool was green, called again, they sent a pool guy out. No one would get in the pool because the strong odor of chlorine. The biggest problem with the place are the steps to the 2nd floor, very steep, not good for elderly people.

My Experience

I love the home and it was very clean. The neighbor across from the home watch everything we did and took pictures of everyone who came and left. I didn’t like that. I really wanted to call the cops but I knew I wouldn’t rent that home ever again. She is going to be problem for future bookings. Everyone is gong to complain about not having privacy. I left the home Monday night instead of Tuesday because of the neighbor across the home. Someone need to talk to her because that bad business when I paid my money to enjoy mini vacation from home with my children. We made sure we cleaned up as much as we would took the trash out. Washed and fold all the towels/ made the beds up. We sweep and spot mop the floor, so why we couldn’t enjoyed out last night there. She was outside with a flashlight watching my children and I.

Pool problems

Overall this is a nice rental unit but upon check-in the code provided did not open the home. Took 2 phone calls to get a replacement code & was told that the original provided code would be restored the next day. No biggie but that did not happen. I agree with previous reviewer about the shower fixtures at least as far as the sliding doors are concerned, but in addition to that in the walk in shower there is appearance of mold in the area where the insert meets the tiles. BUT the biggest concern was the pool was the only one I observed in the neighborhood in which the water was green. The entire floor of the pool had a green growth of some sort. This in spite of the fact that pool maintenace showed up on the first full day of our stay & told us to stay out of the pool for a full day. Not sure what they did as far as maintenance but a much fuller cleaning is needed.

Great Property, old shower fixtures

I loved this place and neighborhood. If coming to Orlando and its attractions for the week, this place would be perfect. I highly recommend it. Only knock are the shower fixtures. They are outdated but do the job.
