Pros: Alexander is a great host. When I got there, the cleaning people had left the wrong key and he had them there in less than 5 minutes. He was very nice about the fact that I had accidentally unplugged the router from the wall when I plugged a charger into the power strip behind the couch and shut off internet for all of the units. The unit is tiny but it served our needs. The living room furniture is super comfy. The beds were good but the first bedroom could use some better pillows. Checkout is super easy.Cons: only 4 bath towels for 3 people and a 4 night stay, only one hand towel, and there were no wash cloths. The toaster only works if you push the button down hard and hold it. We didn’t report it because we were only cooking breakfast one of the mornings we were there. There is only “ample” street parking if you get there during the day. At night, it is a problem. Overall, I would say the best things for us was the host, the location, and the value for the price.
