No central AC. Front door lock does not work. Low privacy bc of open glass door with no curtains. Very little amenities provide; few dirty towels. Only pro is location on north shore. For the price at minimum place should be clean. ”

“We just stayed at this property in April. The property is even better in person and immaculately clean. There is snorkel gear which we used nearly every day at Kuilima Cove where we saw beautiful reef fish, eels and an octopus! "Mi experiencia fue fatal en este hotel, ya que lo elegí por estar muy cerca del aeropuerto, pues tenia un vuelo al siguiente día temprano, llegue tipo 9 pm al hotel me dieron la habitación pero me encontré con chinches en la cama, afortunadamente siempre reviso las sabanas y obviamente me queje con las personas de recepción y me dieron otra habitación mas grande pero igual de sucia y si en una habitación hay chinches, obviamente hay en las demás, decidí no quedarme y me cambiaron al hotel Best western del aeropuerto y estaba mucho mejor, por lo menos mas limpio. Sugiero que Hoteles.com lo tome muy en cuenta este tipo de comentarios y tratar en la medida delo posible alertar a sus usuarios, ya que en Yellowknife también me sucedió lo mismo y cambiar o buscar en ese momento de hotel es muy complicado. Y todas mis reservaciones las hago por este aplicación que me ha resultado de maravilla. "
