Merece la pena.
Bonita iniciativa la de acompañar la reserva con pases gratuitos para viajar por Hamburgo para tres días. En la parte negativa es la primera vez en toda Europa que no me puedo conectar mediante wifi a Internet con mi Ipad. Ni yo, ni en recepción, ni el técnico. Curioso al menos. Hotel perfectamente comunicado. Un lujo.

Buen servicio y ubicación
Un buen servicio, el personal del hotel siempre dispuesto a atender las necesidades de los clientes la ubicación frente a la estación central es de gran ayuda.

good location/breakfast, bad wifi
Overall, I loved this hotel and would stay here again in a heartbeat, EXCEPT for the wifi. The breakfast is fabulous, the rooms comfortable, and quiet (though a little hot during my stay--even with the window open, with no AC), the location is perfect--literally right across the street from the main train station. Good food and shopping very nearby, and only a short walk to the city center. The spa and pool are fantastic (I got a facial, and I loved it). One of the elevators was out of order, but it was an easy walk down the stairs and for going up, I never had to wait very long. Back to the wifi: it sucks!! It absolutely does not work except on the ground floor. I spoke to 2 people about this-one lied to me and said it was a temporary thing that had to do with how many people were online, and the other one sort of shrugged his shoulders and admitted that it's always this way. So book this hotel knowing that you will need to use wifi in the lobby. If that's OK with you, then you will love this place. If not, keep looking .

This hotel is conveniently located across from the train station. The rooms are well equipped, but the real win is breakfast. Breakfast is fantastic. Great way to start a trip.

The Sauna needs work. A bucket with water would be nice. After all, its supposed to be a Finish Sauna. The Automatic thing Theo have nie ist worthless.

Das Hotel hat super liebe und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Das Hotel besticht durch seine super Lage. Direkt am Hauptbahnhof gelegen werden mit dem 3Tages-Ticket (wird direkt an der Rezeption beim Check In ausgestellt) alle wichtigen Highlights von Hamburg mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel erreicht. Das Spa ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Rutsche ist sehr schnell und es ist zu erwähnen,dass diese durch das Personal auf Nachfrage geöffnet werden muss. Das Mobiliar der Zimmer wirken nicht modern aber sauber. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit tollen tollen und zuvorkommenden Mitarbeitern. Für Anreisen mit dem PKW ist eine vorab Info ans Hotel sinnvoll. Der PKW wird von den dortigen Mitarbeitern in der Parkgarage geparkt und die Schlüssel verbleiben dort,was ich persönlich nicht gut fand,da bei Check out kein Gepäck schon ins Auto gebracht werden konnte um noch den Tag in Hamburg zu nutzen.

Only if you have no other choice
1) There are no electrical outlets within reach in the room. I had to charge the phone in the socket of the bathroom, and the laptop in the socket of the vacuum cleaner near the front door (the hotel's answer: this is how it is in all the rooms). 2) I asked if I could have a glass of fresh lemon juice (on doctor's orders - I got there after a week in Copenhagen, where they were happy to fulfill my modest request). The person responsible for breakfast answered: "No." Summary: A two star hotel pretending to be four stars.

Ringe parkering for El bil.
Fine værelser, fine omgivelser og venlig personale. Parkering var elendigt. Hotels skriver intet om, at hvis du har en elbil eller hybrid, må du ikke benytte hotellets parkering og skal køre ud og finde en. Endte med at betale 41 euro for en nat, et stykke fra hotellet. Det var træls start på opholdet, samt slutning, da hotellet ellers kun tager 26 euro for en nat.

Le SPA, une merveille !
Très bel hôtel, calme et confortable. Points très positifs : le petit déjeuner bon, copieux et varié - le SPA luxueux (piscine, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, salons de massage, salle de musculation) qui vient juste de rouvrir après de grands travaux. Point négatif, l'agitation nocturne extérieure due à la proximité de la gare centrale. Mais l'emplacement de l'hôtel proche de tous les transports (trains, RER, métros, bus) est très pratique pour se déplacer facilement sans voiture.
