Studio on Pierce ** Village of Hamburg

  • Located in the heart of the Village of Hamburg. Just a short distance from everything, including restaurants, Lake Erie beaches, skiing, shopping, downtown Buffalo and about 45 minutes from Niagara Falls. All basic amenities are provided: Plenty of Off-street parking, 50" Smart-TV, WIFI, kitchen including a coffee/tea station, stove, refrigerator, and microwave.
    The space
    Welcome to Hamburg NY! We offer a queen bed and convertable sofa, this home can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child for your getaway in western NY. Whether its for a Bills or Sabres game, concert, work/shopping trip, or to visit family and friends.

    Bring your login for HULU, Netflix, Amazon, free channels, and more for the TV. Peacock is installed with free access.

    The full kitchen is complete with a traditional coffee maker. Coffee, and condiments are provided. The kitchen is stocked with cooking and dining essentials to prepare a meal or have food delivered from some of the delicious restaurants nearby.

    The studio is attached to a Victorian style home located in the historical village.

    Less than 10 miles away is the Chestnut Ridge Park with hiking trails, frisbee golf, volleyball, Toboggan hill, tennis courts, a playground, and more.

    You will have the entire unit to yourself! We use an electronic door lock so you can come and go as you please. Makes check-in and check-out simple.

Really cute and quaint for what we needed, a little too small for 2 people though especially the bathroom but it was super comfortable and we were not there much so it suited us just fine.

We had a cozy stay for two and really enjoyed our weekend getaway! The place was small but had everything we needed and was thoughtfully stocked. The bathroom and shower are definitely compact, but the space was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable overall, although the pillows could definitely be upgraded—more comfortable, supportive pillows would make a big difference. Parking was very convenient, too. We did encounter a few spiders during our stay, so a little extra attention to pest control may be worth considering. Overall, it was a comfortable, convenient place to stay and worked well for a weekend trip.

Village Studio

Wonderful location convenient to everything Hamburg has to offer and pet friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

I wanted a one bedroom apt and that’s what I got. It would have helped to have a light by the entry stairs. The stairs are recently added and the step down from the porch deck was a bit excessive. The locking system worked sometimes and some times took 5 or 6 try’s to operate. Fortunately I don’t have long legs as the distance from toilet to sink is lacking. Clearly this is a one person space which worked fine for me. The A/C and overhead fan were a plus. The TV was adequate. The location was fantastic - downtown very walkable and great breakfast Spot Coffee. Hamburg is a lovely town to stay in and the side streets are filled with lovely homes. The host was responsive to my request for an additional night. Replace the inside doorknob or at least put some screws in it. It wouldn’t take much to dress this one up just a bit to being 4 star.

Weekend getaway with personality

Nice homey and very clean place to stay while visiting the area. Convenient check-in and close to everything in town. Good kitchen for meals. Great place for 2 people!!!

Great location

Location in a nice area that is convenient to local restaurants, shops and walking areas. It was the perfect spot for a short stay. The only downfall is the TINY shower, but it had been reviewed before so it wasn’t a surprise. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a cozy 1 room stay. Bathroom (especially the shower) was a little small but for a couple days it was perfect. Will surely rent here again.

Cute, small studio apartment. Everything we needed and more for a long weekend! Quiet, beautiful neighborhood complete with bunnies in the yard! Comfy bed, big TV with easy to access channels and streaming services. Loved it!

Perfect cozy studio

This studio in the village of Hamburg is just right for one or two people. The unit is clean and the area is quiet. I enjoyed my second stay here recently

Dont let the pictures or comments fool you. It is a studio apt but the kitchen is separated from the bed and living area. Everything was perfect.

Great property!

Very nice studio with all amenities you need to cook and relax. Right in the heart of the village and great for getting to Bills game…avoiding all the traffic coming in from the north.

Cozy home

We enjoyed our stay. Studio is attached to the backside of the main house, I missed that detail when looking through the listing originally but was able to navigate easily when we arrived and with check in details from host. Everything was clean and in working order when we arrived.

Came to the area for a horse show. It was 10 min from the grounds. So clean and ideal for the weekend

Cute - and very clever design overall - small but everything is there. Well equipped for short stays. Watch yourself near the front door grab bar - the mounting screws stick out through the wall inside. Great little "tiny home".

It was a very clean, nice apartment. The word studio used in the description was just not well explained. We did not realize there was no bedroom. It was all one big room. The only seat to watch tv at night was a couch in front of the bed and it was not very comfortable. I still would recommend this to others as it was very clean and quiet.
