“Nazal (or Nazar) was incredibly rude, even though I was as polite as possible. I simply asked for a towel and was completely willing to pay for it. The way I was treated made me feel really uncomfortable. I understand that working at the front desk can be stressful (I work in front desk management myself) but there’s no reason to treat guests this way, especially when they’re only asking for something as basic as a towel. People come here to enjoy their few days off, and interactions like this...

“Such a unique place to stay! Loved that it was a hostel feel while still having private rooms”

“Unfortunately, my experience at the hotel was disappointing. The bed was not the same as the one shown in the photos, and there was no suitable place to store my luggage. Because of these issues, I had to leave the hotel from the second day, before completing my stay, and move to another place.”

“Sehr hellhörig. Lieblos eingerichtet. ”
