“Friendly staff, easy check in. Room was very comfortable. Just the lounge and mattress were a little uncomfortable and lumpy.”

“The bed was extremely comfortable and my room was refreshed daily. Property is close enough to walk to cbd and East Perth bus/train station. Diverse range of cafe/bars in the area for cocktail try Bar Love. The rooms are very dated and the over sized spa bath is tricky to get in and out off to have a shower. The hotel is large and would make a great conversion into self-contained units.”

“Genuinely can't fault this place. The beds the comfiest ever and I've stayed in various five stars and yet this place had the best bed in my travels across the globe somehow. It's basic in the fact you need to bring your own towel and shower stuff like shampoo and shower gel. Other than that it's perfect.”

“It was ok, but missed the mark. I usually try and be positive but this place markets itself as a chic inner city stay, the reality is it feels kind of cheap and is abit grubby. The quilt wasn’t in a cover and was foul and stained and the horrible industrial grade carpet had really weird stains too. Appreciate that the noise and arrests happening outside aren’t the properties fault but it all added up to a weird stay.”

“The hotel is in a good location, close to the city centre and Northbridge. Kings Park and Elizabeth Quay are quite walkable, particularly the latter. The rooms are spacious, clean, and mostly have basic amenities. We were a little unhappy that dental kits weren't available in the room, and we were asked to come down to the reception to get them, as opposed to being helped out by housekeeping. We also needed an extra chair as we were working from the hotel, but were informed that we would need...
