  • Welcome to our newly renovated 1-bedroom suite, thoughtfully designed to offer cozy comfort, modern finishes, and the perfect setup for both relaxing stays and productive work trips.

    This bright and inviting fully private unit is ideal for couples, solo travelers, small families, or guests working remotely. Enjoy a comfortable living space, a fully equipped kitchen, and all the essentials you need for a smooth and enjoyable stay.

    Located in a central Burlington neighbourhood, the suite is within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and shopping centres, and just a short drive to the lakefront and Burlington Pier—perfect for leisurely outings or unwinding after a workday.

    This modern 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit has been newly furnished with comfort in mind. Whether you`re here for a weekend getaway, a longer stay, or a business trip, this space offers everything you need to feel at home.

    The bedroom includes brand-new linens, a memory-foam mattress, towels, and a spacious closet for easy storage.

    CHECK-IN:
    Check in easily with a secure smart lock code sent prior to arrival. This unit is private and not shared.

    PARKING:
    There are 2 parking spots available on the driveway, offering convenient and easy access for guests.

    ACCESS:
    Entry into the unit is through the main front door. The backyard may be accessible from shared areas, but all entry must be done through the front door.


    Guests reserved for 28 days or more are responsible for their own consumables after the initial reserve provided is used.
    Check-in: Flexible after 4pm

    Check-out: 11AM

    Quiet Hours: 10PM on weeknights, 11PM on weekends

    - NO SMOKING inside the property. All guests must dispose of cigarette butts in a specified container and thrown out off the property.
    **Smoking indoors will result in a $1000.00 fine. Removing smoke smell and nicotine from the walls is an extremely time-intensive process.**

    - NO PARTIES. **There is a $250.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.**

    - NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS inside the property at any time. All guests must be registered for liability purposes.
    **A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Our cleaners and inventory are scheduled and prepared according to the number of guests occupying the unit.**

    - CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES ARE MANDATORY, unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance and only if it does not disturb upcoming guest reservations.
    **$50.00/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 11am as my cleaners are on tight schedules.**

    - PARKING is available for one vehicle on the driveway. There is also guest parking and street parking nearby.

    - GARBAGE is to be bagged, sealed in Black Bags found in the laundry room and thrown out in the appropriate bins at the end of your stay. Failure to properly dispose of garbage will result in additional charges up to $100.00 for cleaning and removal fees.

    - MAIL & DELIVERY. Please note that all mail and parcel deliveries should be noted to be “left at the door”.

    - LOCK ALL WINDOWS & DOORS if you are not home. Please make sure all windows and doors are closed and locked upon check-out. Ensure doors to the unit are fully closed and locked before exiting.

    - TURN OFF ALL LIGHTS when not in use. Please make sure all lights are turned OFF at the time of check-out.

    - MAINTENANCE AND/OR REPAIRS. Please contact me directly so I can send someone to tend to it.

    - SHOES are to be left by the front door and not to be worn throughout the inside of the house.

    - SECURITY SURVEILLANCE monitoring the entrance and perimeter for the safety and security of the home and our guests. Please DO NOT touch/tamper with cameras. Any evidence of tampering will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation.

    TV & NETFLIX
    - There is a Smart TV that has access to all the streaming services such as Netflix, Prime Video, Disney Plus, Crave, Spotify and much more. Feel free to take advantage of these services, and log-out at the end of your stay.

    LAUNDRY
    - Please use conservatively. No large, bulky, or hard objects.
    - Only a quarter of liquid detergent per full-sized load is necessary.

    CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES
    - Please wash, clean and put all dishes away. Cleaning dishes is not included in the cleaning fee.
    - Please strip bed sheets and duvet covers and place them in front of the laundry machines.
    - Please place all used towels and linens in front of the laundry machine.
    - Please put all waste away in the appropriate outdoor bins and do not leave waste inside the unit.
    - We appreciate guests who respect the home and encourage guests to leave the home in good condition to keep our cleaning fees reasonable so we can continue to offer guests an amazing experience.
