  • This is a nice 3 bedroom 2 bath house located 2 miles outside of Hamilton on the Comanche highway. This house is setup to sleep 8 people and has the ability to have a air mattress for additional sleeping. The house has central air conditioning and heating. There is HD Dishtv with HBO and Showtime as well. The house has a full kitchen with all the cookware and wood for the fireplace. The house is located 2 miles east of Circle T arena. The is locate closely to all of Hamilton stores and restaurants

What a great stay, the host was wonderful and the property was exactly what we needed. Easily housed 6 adults comfortably and the location was ideal.

Always a great trip, thanks for the update with wifi it worked great. We always enjoy staying here, the host is always a great communicator, house is clean and welcoming.

Just what we needed!

The property was exactly as advertised. Very easy check-in and check-out. We will stay there again when we come roping at Circle T.

Great stay in Hamilton

Nice and big house close to Circle T arena. Everything was exactly as described in listing. My friends and I were pleased with the house and enjoyed our stay.

The house was great, but it was hard to find in the dark and GPS took us next door. Once we found it, all was fine!

This house needs to be readvertised. It had so much more than what is mentioned. First of all, there is a washer and dryer that makes it a huge attraction for families! There is plenty of room and all of the furniture is super comfortable (including the beds-best sleep in a rental ever!). There are 2 full bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower only and one with only a bathtub( no shower). The kitchen has essential needs. There is even a fireplace! My family found it great for a picture backdrop. There was some difficulty finding the house when we arrived. The address vrbo gave is NOT the correct address! My family and I drove to where that address took us and was quite lost. We called the host who was very helpful with directing us to the right place. So, to anyone reading this, go to the crooked creek ranch entrance, which is close to the address given by vrbo. The house is at the top of the hill on the left right after you go through the archway. It is well worth the stay. Very nice, very clean, very quiet, and we even had visits from rabbits, roadrunners, and birds building nests!

Business layover

My crew utilized this property while staying out of town on business. They said the accommodations were welcoming. I had no problems connecting with Kenny and he quickly obliged my request for some additional air mattresses. Other contractors on the project were talking about their less than welcoming stay at the local hotel while my crew was able to get the necessary rest and relaxation to perform at a high level and even finished the project ahead of schedule. We will definitely be returning when we are in the area!

A few hiccups but overall a nice property

Nice property but did not feel very much like home; very bare, no internet, had trouble connecting tv to satellite (was plugged into wrong hdmi port). We were not there much as we were in town for a rodeo, but overall thought the property was overpriced. Not very many amenities. Would have liked to sit outside, but there were no chairs available to take outside. Beautiful views and would have liked to be able to sit out and enjoy them. Would stay again if the price was dropped.
