This home was beautiful! There is plenty of parking, the kitchen was well stocked, and there is so much seating for relaxing and catching up with friends and family. The host was quick to respond with any questions we had during our stay. We will definitely be back.

The property was great for a mom's trip. The serene surroundings (including a horse next door) set the tone for a weekend to unwind. We had plenty of beds, cozy common areas, and a fully equipped kitchen that allowed us to cook a great steak dinner one night. The hot tub was clean. We also enjoyed using the Alexa device to listen to music.

Just perfect for our needs. House is well decorated and stocked with everything you could need. Bedrooms are clean, very comfortable and fully updated. Downstairs is perfect for gaming and tv watching but we didn’t use it as much as we had hoped. Home is perfectly located for the local breweries and wineries and we enjoyed this area better than we ever expected. We thought we would be spending more time around Leesburg but this was a much more appealing location with more to offer. Have to make the 10 mile trip to Dirt Farm Brewing. Next time we hope to get in the hot tub. Just ran out of time! Thanks again.

Beautiful property, great location

Very nice house on wonderful, spacious property close to DC but feels like in the country. Listing has breakfast and playground as amenities, niether of which are accurate. Kids loved the adjustable basketball hoop. House could use a highchair for families staying with infants as we were. Kitchen well stocked with cookware, bakeware, dishes and utensils.

Relaxing Weekend Getaway

We stayed in Hamilton for a long weekend for my husband’s birthday. The location is convenient to get to surrounding areas but also private enough to feel like a vacation. The house is great and furnished nicely. Loved walking around the pond with our dog and saying hi to the nearby horse. Sunsets were beautiful over the pond. The house was very cold in some areas, but that was probably because we stayed on the coldest night of the year. Would love to stay during summer to use the pool.
