“A lovely spot by Colgate and next to a reservoir! Saw loons and other wildlife. Had some issues with the cleanliness of the place upon arrival and had to go get some supplies that were not available. With some care and attention, this will be a lovely weekend getaway.”

“This was the perfect place to relax on the water! Everything you need to enjoy the lake life- kayaks, tubes, a paddle board, and a clean swimming area; fire pit and fire table; plenty of seating on the porch, deck, and dock; and gorgeous, private views. The house is very clean, furniture as described, and comfortable for our family of 4. Close enough to Hamilton NY, but still feel like you get away from it all. We hope to be back, thank you for letting us stay!”

“They supposedly didn’t know we were coming, there was a mouse in the toilet, the floors had not been swept, they had a bunch of food and in the freezer and fridge, liquor had been out, no wifi or service, the bed sheets were dirty, no curtains on any of the windows, the doors and ALL windows were unlocked when we got there but the didn’t know we were coming? ”
