Kitchen was great for our caterer. Plenty of space for dinner. My family was very impressed with house. Easy access for those returning home. We enjoyed the stay.

The property is old but well maintained, with updated amenities. It is kept very clean, both the house and the yard. There was an issue with the HVAC control at check in, but the host came right over and fixed the issue. The only real problem was prior to check in there were automated emails sent to us with links to the entrance code, etc. The links did not work. VRBO customer service blamed it on the host using a third party billing service, but when the links were clicked, it opened a screen saying there was no such reservation. This was fixed with the host. VRBO was no help, but the host was.

College visit

Very clean, quiet and easy. We had a short stay but the beds were comfy, the shower was very nice and the kitchen and couches were beautiful and accommodating.

Great property, close to Cincinatti

The property was exactly as described in the listing. Bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed and there's plenty of off street parking (in the back). The hosts were very attentive checking on our stay and asking if there were any problems. The kids loved the bunk room. Would highly recommend this property if you are looking to stay in the Cincinnati area. Hamilton is a great town with a lots of charm and local shops and restaurants.

Great place to stay near Spooky Nook

We had a group of 10 people stay in this home and it worked well for us. The parking was difficult to find coming into the alley but our host provided great instructions on how to find the parking. The home is remodeled beautifully inside and the communication and response was always quick which was appreciated. Location was so convenient to Spooky Nook. I would definitely recommend and stay there again. Close to many stores and restaurants was also a plus. Thanks so much!

Great Spot Near Hamilton (semi-close to Oxford)

My wife, son, and I stayed at this great house to visit our daughter on Family Weekend in Oxford. The house was really well appointed / renovated since its ownership change in 2022. Every room was seemingly refaced and the furnishings were comfortable and tasteful. We had plenty of clean towels and linens for our stay. There was great communication for checkin / checkout, and all of our needs were anticipated with parking, heating/cooling, and TVs. This house is very conveniently located to the up and coming Hamilton area (I would recommend True West for coffee/breakfast). We had about a 20 minute drive to/from Oxford/Miami University. If staying there for Miami, my advice would be to have a pre-arranged driver to get you back to Hamilton from Oxford at night other than Uber/Lyft. Having said that, the homeowners did their part to make this a perfect stay and earned our 5-star rating!

Girls trip

We loved this house. The house matched the photos and the description. This house has 3 full baths! The many bedrooms and bed combinations and 3 full baths made our stay great. The beds are very comfortable. There were plenty of towels. The house was very clean when we arrived. The home was well stocked with towels, kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans and coffee filters. My communication with the host was excellent and thorough. I really appreciated the extra information like small maps and details about how to park behind off the alley. This was a great home for my stay in Hamilton, OH. Thank you ! You're a great host !

very nice home

Everything we needed was there in the home. Lots of stores, restaurants and activities near enough so it was a very good location. Master suite exceptional. Lots of televisions. There were 8 of us.

Great place to stay in Hamilton!

Great location, great amenities, very clean house with plenty of supplies and plenty of space! Beautiful home with plenty of space for 8 of us to be together but then also room to have our space after long days at the Cincinnati zoo and Kings Island! Would definitely stay here again!
