  • This super cute little house is right at the 1 mile marker from Hamilton. Situated on a hill it overlooks, Hamilton, Hamilton High School, football field, baseball diamonds, The Bitterroot Aquatic Center. It is less than a mile to the Hamilton airport, The Canyons Athletic Club. It is minutes away from The Hamilton golf course, and the Stock Farm golf course. Completely remodeled in 2017 on the inside. We are offering an inexpensive nightly rate to get started. Very family friendly. A nice yard for the kids to run around on. A fire ring for marshmallow roasts. The house includes lots of fun games for the kids, including a Wii game. King sized bed in the master bedroom, Queen size in the smaller bedroom. The couch makes a nice spare bed. Pack & Play available. The dinning table seats 6. Fully furnished kitchen, washer & dryer. Amazing views of the Bitterroot Mountains. Within minutes from The Bitterroot River and hiking trails.

Great location!

We felt at home right away in this house. The house had everything you could need and has a great view of the Sapphire Mountains. It is only one mile to hwy 93 and downtown Hamilton. Edel and Pat were great hosts and very attentive. Thanks Edel and Pat!

I felt like I was walking back into the house I grew up in in the 60's given the colors, decor and appliances. However, the house is immaculate, and EVERYTHING you need is there. The hosts could not have been more accommodating and communication with them was superb. They even provided some fishing gear for us to enjoy during our short stay. The only detraction is the location on a VERY busy artery feeding into downtown Hamilton. The house sits on a curve on this road, and while the traffic does die down in the evening, I had to wear earplugs and turn a fan on for white noise to make it through the night. You're paying for convenience to Hamilton and environs, not solitude. Otherwise, a very nice, cozy and convenient home!

Home Away from Home

We have stayed with Edel in Hamilton three times, and I would like to espouse the practical merits of this lovely home first. Everything one would need for a stay is there, right down to a cabinet of toiletries for those who have left something at home. The views are incredible. Even my seven year old would stop during her play and take in the Bitterroot Mountains. Our host, Edel is incredibly hospitable and conscientious in her mind for detail. If you have the opportunity to sneak off into this hidden gem of a small town in Montana, you can't do better than this home.

Hamilton Stay

The place was better than advertised. Beautiful grounds (we watching humming birds feed from flowers), nice bedrooms, easy location with a great view and Edel was a great host. I'd recommend it to anyone staying in Hamilton.

We needed to get into the house the first night. We had a huge snow. They took call of plowing immediately so we had a house. They are very commutative and helpful. I would stay here anytime!

Spectacular views, convenient location, adorable home

My family and I were attending the Divisional basketball tournament in Hamilton in February. It was perfect for us! We had all the conveniences of home! We were able to eat all of our meals there and didn’t have to fight the crowds at the restaurants. The house is well supplied. We weren’t missing a thing! The owner met us at the house right on time and showed us around. The beds were comfortable.. The website says sleeps 5, but really beds for 4 and the couch for one person, not a hide a bed. It worked fine for us for that many nights. There is only the one bathroom but again we weren’t on a pressing schedule so it worked fine for the 5 of us. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in Hamilton! Lots more to do we just didn’t have time to do it all! The owner is very accommodating and would help to make your trip memorable!

Great views...close to town

We enjoyed our stay at this very cute two bedroom ranch with great mountain views. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Edel and Pat knowing we would have our grandson visit provided us with a rocking horse,rocking chair and toys that were age appropriate. We would definetly stay here again. Thanks Kathy and Wayne

Amazing stay at Pat & Edel's home!

I've booked with Pat and Edel in the past and was so glad that I got to do so again! My co-worker who stayed here loved it and we are most definitely going to keep it in mind when we're back in town. The house was clean, well-furnished, and not too far from town. Edel was also very attentive to our needs and overall a great person to work with. I'd recommend this property to anybody and everybody!

Very comfortable and clean!

My family of five enjoyed this comfortable home! It was well stocked and very clean. The views were amazing. If we needed anything, Edel and Pat were right on top of it. The house is far enough from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to town to enjoy everything! We will definitely be back!
