Buena Vida Cabin is a warm and cozy traditional Pocono Mountain cabin with 3 bedrooms, 1 bath and a loft. All bedrooms have lockable doors. Entire house is included with your stay.

INTERIOR: Warm cabin feel equipped with amenities such as 65'' Samsung smart TV in living room, 50'' Samsung smart TV in bedroom 1, WIFI included with your stay.

LIVING ROOM: Gas Fireplace, smart TV with sound bar and digital theater sound, a/c unit, ceiling fan.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with seating for 6, full size oven, stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dinnerware, silverware, cups etc..

BEDROOM 1: One Queen bed , two ( 3 ) drawer night stands, full closet, hangers, ceiling fan and 50'' Samsung smart TV, room safe, complete set of sanitized linens included.

BEDROOM 2: Bunk beds include ( 4 ) twin beds , two ( 4 ) drawer dressers, complete set of sanitized linens included *** NOTE *** closet in this bedroom is not included for use during stay***

BEDROOM 3: Two Queen beds, located in the upstairs loft, one large ( 6 ) drawer dresser, ceiling fan. Complete set of sanitized linens included.

Bathroom: Full size bathroom , tub, shower, sink and a bluetooth equipped exhaust fan to play your favorite tunes while enjoying your shower. Complete set of sanitized linens included.

LOFT: Equipped with a full size air hockey table and a small work station.

EXTERIOR: Deck equipped with outdoor patio table and chairs, full size propane BBQ grill, string lighting. Just off the deck is a firepit area with a high end smokeless firepit, chairs, snack table and two long benches.

COMMUNITY:

The Hideout is an amenity-filled four-season gated community that includes 24 hr security with a gated entrance, a clubhouse, 6 lakes for fishing and boating, and 250 acres of pristine woodlands. Additionally, the community has multiple recreational activities: sports complex, golf course, baseball field, basketball court, indoor/outdoor tennis, six lakes, two sand beaches, kayaking rentals (fees apply), playground, two heated outdoor pools, one with a tiki bar, physical fitness center, mini-golf, art center, woodworkers shop, ski lift and lodge, ice skating, snow tubing. 6 playgrounds, miles of private scenic roads to go biking/walking. Some activities in the hideout may require additional fees (i.e. ski lift, indoor tennis court, golf).

Things To Do :
-at the main pool/beach you can rent kayaks, canoes, paddleboards at a reasonable hourly rate.
- only 1 mile away Paws N Claws Zoo great for entire family. Tickets are reasonably priced.
-nearby horseback riding, paintball, driving range, and a water park. Lake Wallenpaupack is 15 minutes away and offers boat/tubing rentals, jet skiing, and marina facilities. We are just 15 minutes from Lackawanna Nature Preserve.
-Pocono Raceway, Bushkill Falls
-in Hawley, PA you will find rail tours (Soarin Eagle Rail Tours)
-in Skytop, PA you will find Zip Lining
-Buena Vida Cabin is also less than an hour's drive to popular ski resorts such as Montage, Camelback, Big Boulder, Jack Frost, Big Bear and Elk Mountain.

Community-operated amenities such as the pool, lake, rec center, mini-golf, etc.. are managed by The Hideout Property Owners Association (POA). Hours, capacity, and closures are at the sole discretion of the POA. Buena Vida Cabin has no control of said amenities and cannot guarantee availability during your stay. Further note, once booked, we will send you a copy of our standard rental agreement which must be completed within 48 hours of receipt unless otherwise agreed upon.

***PLEASE NOTE: YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A $500 SECURITY DEPOSIT WITH CG'S VACATION RENTAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR CONTRACT. SECURITY DEPOSITS WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF CHECK OUT IF THERE ARE NO ISSUES.******

****Please Note: Property has security cameras outside only for security and are NOT monitored unless there is an issue .This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental application that will be sent to you by our property manager. This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $40 late fee that you will be responsible for. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 4 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. Items provided in the home to include games, appliances etc. are subject to change without notice.******

Note: the maximum number of guests is (8), we do allow up to ten (10) if the additional two are children under the age of 13 . THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. We do not allow additional guests or visitors, if this were to occur you will lose your security deposit as we (BUENA VIDA CABIN) as property owners will be fined and subject to committee review, rental privileges suspended and or revoked. All guests must be 25 & older unless accompanied by a parent/guardian
