Upstairs you will find 3 cozy bedrooms each with its own charm. The first bedroom offers a full-size bed and two windows with a view. Located across the hall you will find a room with a full-size bed as well as a twin bed. The last bedroom at the end of the hallway features a king size bed for a good night's sleep and a gorgeous morning view!

Located on favorable east side of Keuka Lake, The Ironwood is a perfect place for a casual walk or bike ride along the quiet lower lake roads without all of the traffic. Wander down the trail that leads you to the beach with 13 stairs at the end. The 150 feet of private beach greets you with a large permanent dock. The shale beach is gradual and great for swimmers of all ages. Don't forget your water shoes! Enjoy a sunset in the Adirondack chairs or have a campfire at the lakeside before retreating inside for the evening.

Midway between Penn Yan and Hammondsport a stay at Ironwood has you with ample Finger Lakes fun at your finger trips. Local wineries like McGregor's and Weiss Vineyards are just minutes away. Please note: For guests bringing a boat, the dock is available but the boat lift is reserved for the homeowner's exclusive use. Parking is limited to 3 spaces in the driveway.

**The Ironwood on Keuka Lake does not allow large or loud parties. Please adhere to the maximum occupancy restrictions.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.

1. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
2. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
3. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
