Excellent stay! Visiting in the off-season meant we couldn't take advantage of the reason most people come to Hampton Beach, but our visit didn't suffer for it. (The fireplace in the condo was just what we needed to get cozy at the end of the day.) The unit itself was perfect for two couples escaping their kids for the weekend--sizable, clean, modern, and comfortable. Communication with Sean was excellent. And this sounds like a small thing but the bag of ice in the freezer was a lovely touch! This location is so good--a stone's throw from the water, walking distance to the Casino Ballroom and lots of restaurants, and the Hampton Beach Yoga & Mindfulness Studio, where we took a great class. Would absolutely stay again.

This spot is located just a couple of minutes walk from the beach. This unit is quiet and clean, offers off street parking and is perfect for 2 couples.

This is our 2nd stay this season and it's perfect. Steps away from the casino and beach. Two parking spots. Beautiful master bedroom with bathroom, guest room and extra bathroom, open living room and kitchen concept and nice private little porch. We will stay again!!! It's a 5 star stay hands down. The vent with the microwave above the stove needs to be fixed but other than that everything is perfect!

Fourth of July getaway

My parents, my husband, my two small children and I stayed here for the long rth of July weekend. It was perfect! We were so close to the beach, and had a great view of the fireworks on Friday night from the balcony! The full kitchen was great for prepping food my picker eater children would actually eat. For the adults, we were walkable to so many great restaurants. We are definitely looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Beautiful Stay on Hampton Beach

Clean property in nice, quiet building very close to the beach. Check in and check out process was extremely easy. Property manager is an excellent communicator and checked in often to make sure all of our needs were met. Would stay here again.

Wonderful

Lovely place and a great location. The communications were thorough and we felt right at home the moment we walked through the door.If I were to give suggestions, I’d recommend having lights in the back parking lot. It was so dark and we had to use a flashlight to get in. Otherwise, we’ll definitely be back!Thanks for a great long weekend!

Great Condo with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths & spacious LR & Kitchen

I would rent this condo again in a heartbeat. Location was excellent - a 1 minute walk to the casino and 2 minute walk to the beach. Perfect size for my parents, myself and my 9 year old son. One master bedroom with a bathroom and TV. One bedroom with a queen size bed and bathroom across the hall. Living room and kitchen were spacious and a nice electric fireplace under the TV. Elevator was nice for my parents to use since we were on the fourth floor. Parking was nice with two options, in the garage or out back. 5 stars rating. The only thing that didn't quite work was the vent fan above the stove. When I put it on, it was super loud and sounded broken. That was nothing really though, we opened the sliding door onto the cute balcony!

The best place yet!

We stay in Hampton a lot. This by far has been the best place to date! The parking, the elevator, the comfort and cleanliness made this place the perfect get away! The 2 large bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms was perfect for two separate couples to have privacy and still enjoy a comfortable living room, well stocked kitchen and nice porch. The water views that was able to be seen out almost ever window. The final comments is the attentiveness of the owner. Sean was very quick to respond to any questions and very reassuring if we ever needed anything, he would be there to assist. Gratefully, Karen and Matt

Great location and host, wheelchair accessible

I rented a condo for my family for the week of the 4th of July. It was a little difficult finding a place that had elevator access for my father who is wheelchair bound. I was ecstatic to find a place that was so close to the strip so we didn't have to drive anywhere. Prior, during and after our stay, the host's communication was great. Any questions we had were answered promptly. We had all the information we needed for our stay as well as amenities. Having a washer and dryer was clutch and the garage parking and additional parking lot parking was more than we could ask for. We were welcomed to a very clean condo and felt like we were at home during the whole stay. Everyone was comfortable, with plenty of linens and towels. The full eat in kitchen was also a plus for those times we wanted to stay in and enjoy a cooked family dinner. Instructions and details to enter the condo were very clear. I would not hesitate to rent here again for our next family getaway. We are hoping to do another summer send off this year. Thanks again to the host/s for making it enjoyable for my family and I, we had lots of fun, laughs and love to bring back home with us.

Sean communicates so fast and clearly. This is an amazing find with ocean view and centrally located to great restaurants, bars and the beach. We were on a business trip and this unit was a homerun. It was so good we extended an additional night. Felt more like a vacation, not work
