Location is great, close enough to the beach and boardwalk but away from the hustle and bustle. The space is perfect for a couple very clean and cozy. Paul is responsive to questions and a pleasure to meet. It’s not often you meet the property owners, that was an added plus. We hope to stay again

Great end unit with a great view of the strip and the beach. Watched the Wednesday night fireworks and they were great. So very cool. Really could not be better. Enjoyed hanging on the deck out front.

Great property, extremely clean, very comfortable bed and lots of amenities. Very private location, directly across the street from the beach and close to the strip, so quiet without all the hustle and bustle but walking distance to everything. Paul, the host, was extremely responsive to any requests and met us at the property when we arrived. Would highly recommend staying here if you plan on visiting Hampton Beach

This property overlooks Hampton Beach and is located within easy walking distance of the beach, activities and eateries. The host met us when we arrived and showed us around the suite. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay including great advice about where to go for dinner. We were able to overlook a view that was incredible. On the last day we ate breakfast and watched a seal out in the water such a neat treat.

The host of the property met us at check in to introduce himself and to make sure our stay was all we expected it to be. The views of the ocean were amazing, the king bed was very comfortable and the walking distance to the beach and shopping were just a few minutes away. We will definitely be coming back for our next ocean getaway!

Relax and Watch the Tide Roll

We were looking for a quiet, clean and comfortable get-away on the beach for a couple nights. From the moment I reached out to the host he was gracious, easy-going and said I was going to LOVE the Penthouse. He wasn’t kidding! The check in process was seamless, the location superb with amazing views of Hampton Beach right out the window! The condo was perfect in size for us and was filled with all the amenities of home! Great appliances, furniture, bedding and linens. Comfortable AC units in living and bedroom for hot / humid days. Being at the northern end of the beach allowed us to see / walk to all the fun, but be far enough away so we could maintain having peaceful nights. We sat on the reclining couch with a glass of wine in hand on Wednesday and had a PERFECT view of the fireworks! The condo was SPOTLESS! Not one grain of sand could be found. The host was wonderful and super responsive! If you’re looking for a quiet, clean and comfortable seaside place to stay - this is it! We will be back!

The place was perfect for our short get away! Paul greeted us upon arrival and made sure we had everything we needed and knew how to utilize all of the amenities. It was a very short walk to the quiet end of the beach and easy to walk the entire boardwalk. Would definitely recommend!

What a wonderful stay at this beautiful Penthouse across the ocean. Imagine sitting on this electric couch looking at the waves Everything you need to fulfill your stay The king size bed was the best The 75 inch TV was amazing with all the channels you need from the touch of a remote The owner was accommodating what ever you need If you want the cutting edge this is the best place at Hampton Beach. 36th wedding anniversary!

Beautiful condo on the second floor facing the ocean! A view! Unit is well appointed with leather recliners and large screen TV, AC units in main area and bedroom. Table with stools in front of the large window to enjoy the views including fireworks on Wednesday night! King size comfortable bed with black out window treatment to sleep in. Kitchen has all you need. It’s a short walk to the beach and all that Hampton Beach has to offer. Paul is a gracious host and made us feel welcome even before we arrived through prompt communication. We hope to return in the future!

A refreshing and relaxing stay.

We had a fantastic time staying in this ocean front condo. The view is beautiful It is a good walk to the main stores and food on the beach, but it is nice that it is tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are kept very clean, everything is very nice and the bed is so comfortable! Highly recommend.
