  • The Surf building located at the top of Hampton Beach Boardwalk has expansive ocean views; built in 2015 it is appointed with modern amenities. This Surf unit is located on the 4th floor and is called "Surf View".

    Surf View: Sleeps 4, 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit with a queen sized sleeper in living room. Open concept living area, full kitchen, and a private deck overlooking the ocean. Washer and dryer in unit. Granite countertops and hardwood floors throughout. Two TVs and Internet Wifi in the unit. Elevator Access. One dedicated parking spot. Additional paid parking is available in the adjacent lot.

    Additional Details:
    4th floor expansive ocean views & quieter than lower levels.
    Linens and bath towels provided.
    K-cup coffee selection
    Heavy light blocking custom drapes in the living area to block moon or sunlight light.
    Mirrored back splash reflects the ocean so you are at the ocean even when not on the beach.

Gorgeous view. Very clean. Good communication. Perfect for a couple. The beach access and boardwalk was perfect even for an off season. Vacation and during a storm. Lots of close dining choices. Could use a utensil set. That was the only thing we felt it lacked. Overall a very nice place, nicely decorated, very clean. I would come again. Thank you.

The condo had everything we needed and the views from the balcony of the ocean, sunset, moon rising, fireworks, etc. are awesome. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Mary, you are the perfect host.

What a great condo with a excellent view of the sunrise. The condo was very clean and well stocked. It was perfect for a relaxing get away. We look forward to coming back next year.

Amazing views.

This was a perfect place to enjoy the beach. The owner was very accommodating and easy to get a hold of. If you forget anything, no worries, the condo was well equipped right down to the beach chairs. From ocean views from your private front deck to sunsets and marsh views from the back deck. Definitely will stay there again. Thank you Mary for making our stay so comfortable!!!!

Location, Location!

Mary was a fabulous host! She was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond. The condo was just as described and had everything you would need for the beach. We stayed from October 5 thru the 12th. We personally loved it because it was so quiet as there weren't many people visiting Hampton. The sunrises were beautiful, lots of shells and beautiful water. We also loved the location as it was about an hour to so many places, Boston, Salem, Concord and Maine. We could not have asked for a more relaxing place to come back to after day trips. We spent a lot of time enjoying the view of the ocean from the balcony. 5 stars for Mary and her lovely condo!

Hampton Beach or bust

First arriving at the unit there was a minor issue getting into the unit using the code provided. I called up Mary and she immediately picked up and resolved our issue. Was able to get right in and parking was a breeze. Felt safe our vehicle was there knowing the parking situation was fenced in and gate entry only. Upon entering the unit, we were blown away by how nice the unit was. Felt much bigger than the pictures. Everything was clean, put away, nice appliances, and knew we would have no problem staying here for a week. Our expectations were exceeded. You cannot beat the view, wish I could upload some of the sunset/sunrise pictures I took while here, just magical. We were pleasantly surprised with lots of water bottles in the fridge, bag of ice in the freezer, and K cups galore. Weather wasn't on our side the week we decided to book, besides 2 out of the 7 it was cold, cloudy, and windy. We had to retreat to the unit for most of the days. Which the TV situation with our 2-year-old saved the trip. Mary was always super engaging with any questions or concerns we had. You couldn't ask for a better host. When we come back to Hampton Beach, we will make it a priority to book with her again. We also ended up getting sick while on this vacation, and if it wasn't for this great stay we would've had a miserable time, Mary's unit pretty much made our vacation go from gloomy to quite nice. Don't hesitate to book with Mary, you won't regret it!

Perfect Vacation!

We have been to Hampton Beach many times and this is by far the best location! Everything is exactly as described and Mary was a wonderful host and always quick to respond. She provides so much useful information in her welcome package that we found ourselves referencing it multiple times. The views from the balcony are amazing from sunsets to the fireworks. The condo was extremely clean and very well stocked. My son and husband loved the boogie boards that were provided. Also having beach chairs provided was a huge plus saving a ton of packing room. Can’t say enough about this unit & location - wonderful vacation- will definitely book again.

Great location

The location of The Surf condos cannot be beat. You are in the middle of the action but on the 4th floor so high enough to be away from it when you want to be. We spent our days and nights on the balcony taking in the picture perfect view and sounds of the ocean. Mary was very pleasant and helpful in her communication.

Exactly as offered!

My young family and I have stayed at a few beachside condos and this unit has been the most lovely! The condo is beautiful, direct oceanfront and exactly as advertised. The location on the Ocean Blvd was perfect. Convenient to everything for shopping and restaurants. My husband has said this has been the easiest beach vacation yet!

Early Fall Vacation

This condo was absolutely perfect for our 28 day stay. We had several events covering three different states and this was an enjoyable and convenient base for us. Also, there are so many great places to visit in a 90 minute radius making for great day trips. On days that we had no plans, the condo deck was a stellar place to sit and contemplate the ocean and we did plenty of that. During our stay the building was sparsely populated so our unit was quiet and peaceful. I wonder about the summer, but it is Hampton Beach after all -- some hustle-bustle is to be expected! We had minimal communications with ownership because we just didn't have any problems. Booking was quick and easy, self check-in was flawless, instructions for checkout were simple and clear, processing refund for damage deposit was very prompt. If we get the chance to come back to New Hampshire, we would book this unit again in a hearbeat. We couldn't have been more pleased.

Perfect Vacation

This property is very nice. Condo was very clean and well stocked with all of the necessary things that you might need during your stay. Also this property is very secure for your vehicle and personal safety. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a clean and comfortable unit. The manager was just great. We would come back again.

This is a new building and it is well maintained. It is close to the entertainment and vendors at the beach. A very nice vacation spot.
