This is a great property a three minute walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The host supplies beach toys and whatnot, but we came during autumn for fall colors and atmosphere and the area did not disappoint. The host, Ediola, was wonderful with communication.Try the Flamingos Coffee Bar while you’re there. The coffee was great and sandwiches were fantastic!

Everything was fantastic. It was exactly what we needed for a weekend getaway and the perfect distance to the start line of our favorite half marathon. With unseasonably warm weather, we were excited to see the beach supplies (towels and chairs) available for use ! Everything worked out great!

This was the perfect sized beach house in the perfect location. The house itself was at the end of a little lane that empties onto Ocean Blvd, next to the beach. The house is very comfortable and has everything you might need for a beach visit. King Size master bed was super comfortable and the boys loved their bunk beds. Doggo was happy to be included in the vacation, and the house is also right next to the entrance to a large grassy area where doggo fetched and went to the bathroom. Very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a lovely house in a good location. The neighborhood is quiet but close to the beach, restaurants and shops. It conveniently came with beach gear, two large bathrooms and a large capacity washer and dryer.

We just had amazing week at Ediola seaside home. The house was immaculate and fit all our needs - the bedrooms were comfortable and having the 2 couches was great for our family of 6. Proximity to the beach and boardwalk was perfect distance. Parking was also great and easy. Seamless check in. Kitchen had all we needed as well.

A week was not enough

Ediola’s Seaside Retreat beach house was the ideal for our 3 generational family vacation. The house: immaculate! The location: 5 min pleasant walk to beach and central to many cafés, activities, 20 minutes to Newburyport and Portsmouth. Our host Ediola was professional throughout the entire process and made themself available to help us via phone. Seaside Retreat felt like ‘our home’ the minute we stepped in. One feature that stood out was how quiet the house is. We enjoyed adventures by day and slept well throughout the night.Would love to return for another vacation.

Celebrated my daughter’s sweet sixteen at the beach. This place was clean, comfortable and close to the beach. The owner was always available for any questions. Highly recommend!! Would stay at again with my family.

This house was perfect for our family! The kitchen had everything you could need, and we really appreciated the plethora of towels! The location is great, super close to everything but tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Our host was kind and quick to respond. Definitely our favorite Hampton stay yet!

This was a great home close to the beach and restaurants. There was plenty of room for everyone and it was a quiet location and a clean home. We enjoyed our brief stay and Ediola was wonderful in communicating before and during our stay. Perfect for a beach getaway!

Cozy Getaway

We spent a long weekend at the seaside retreat and even though it was January we had some mild temps and were able to take some nice walks with our dog on the beach. The house was immaculate when we arrived, maybe the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in! The bathrooms are huge and the bedrooms were just right. Everyone seemed very happy with their beds, I can vouch that the master was very comfortable and I’m kind of picky about beds. The living room was perfect for hanging out in the evening and is equipped with a smart tv. We mostly ate dinner out, we tried the Old Salt Inn in Hampton and it was delicious, the steamers were some of the best I’ve ever had. We also tried the Throwback Brewery which has a full farm to table food menu. The restaurant is in an old barn and the food was so fresh and amazing. For breakfast/coffee we walked to the Coffee Break Cafe about a mile from the house. Outstanding coffee and breakfast sandwiches. The staff is incredible and made us feel like we had been coming there for years. They do lunch as well which unfortunately we didn’t have the chance to try. I can only imagine how nice this house would be in the summer. It is so close to the beach and all of the activities along the boardwalk. Portsmouth was a quick drive up 95 or, you can take a little scenic ride along the coast. We also drove up to Kittery, Maine to go to the trading post. Lots to do even during the dead of winter! Would love to come back again.

Beach comfort

Our family of 6 stayed here for just two nights, and we all wished we could stay longer. The bedroom set-ups fit our family group perfectly, the whole house was sparkling clean, and the kitchen appliances and cookware were all really nice. Ediola even provided coffee and some seasonal welcome cookies. She also made a special delivery of more coffee to suit our preferences the following day as well as hot cocoa mix. The location is perfect, and the end of a small lane, truly just a 3 minute walk to the beach. We watched the sun set from the dining room because it's a clear view to the west. We definitely hope to come back to this spot.

Great stay! Highly recommend.

We were in Hampton for a wedding and booked this house for one night. The house met and exceeded our expectations and we requested another night. Thankfully it is the slow season and the host was very accommodating so we made it a mini vacation before heading back to Vermont. The property was immaculate, clean and fully equipped with all we needed. Comfortable and clean beds and linens. The location was unbeatable - last house on a quiet street, a short stroll to the beach, shops, and a few restaurants that remained open for the low season. We loved the early stroll along the shore, which was very quiet at this time of year. Ediola was very responsive and has a list of excellent recommendations for dining places in town. We highly recommend this place.

Wonderful house, host and location!!!

What a delightful stay we had in this lovely home. I could easily say this is probably THE best Beach house I have ever stayed in. We stayed for two days with my sister, and our daughters and felt home right away. We already miss it. The house is located centrally on the beach and I could say the best location on the street, only one with ample parking. We could fit our two big vehicles, with space left. It is so clean and has everything we needed for our vacation. Edi, the host has done a marvelous job with the set up and decor, making it such an inviting and relaxing space. She was very informative and helpful even before we checked in. Once we were there, we hardly needed anything else. Well stocked kitchen and a nice espresso/capuccino machine, which we learned to use. There is so much more that the pictures didn’t show. There was a rolling cooler and beach chairs as well. Beds were comfortable and the pillows were just right for my neck. We were in the middle of it all and tried several places. The house sits in a lovely street right next to the beach, and it was so nice waking up in the morning to the ocean and salt marshes breeze. We loved sitting on the spacious deck, feeling the breeze, having coffees/breakfast. Beach and restaurants are right down the street. The drive to Portsmouth on Ocean blvd had breathtaking ocean views, and mansions along the way. We already sent the request to book our summer vacation in this house in August. Thank you Ediola!
