“The listing is as described and pictures are accurate. Within driving distance to anything you could think of needing and within walking distance to the beach. Plenty of parking space and a hose / shower to rinse off all of the sand after a day at the beach. The host was easy to communicate with and was quick to answer any questions we had. Definitely somewhere that we will consider for future OBX family trips!”

“The property itself was clean and as advertised, but was still smaller than anticipated. We had to store our empty suitcase in our car because there is no room. There is no privacy if you use the porch and upper deck which was annoying. The neighbors are so close you can hear each other’s conversations and you could probably touch each other if you reached out. That’s how close the units are to each other. “Not getting 5 stars because the linens weren’t clean when we got there. The linen company failed to replace the box of towels and bed sheets, so we were up until 3am on the first night cleaning the bedding. The host was very responsive and brought us new bedding the next day. This wasn’t entirely the hosts fault, but it certainly was the lowest category of the stay.”
