“Really enjoyed our time here. Was a nice sanctuary away from the experiences Tokyo had to offer. We enjoyed the mid-century aesthetic of the house, the bedrooms are all generous sizes (compared to what the rest of Tokyo has to offer), and the lounge is a great spot to unwind after a long day. “東京に住んでいる親戚と会うために利用しました。かなり良かったので、次回東京に行く際はまた利用したいと思いました。 ●外見は古いですが、中はリフォームしてあるのでキレイです。 ●施設前の道が意外と広く、人の乗り降り、荷おろしも余裕をもてた ●ウェルカムギフトがたくさん！こどもたちと喜ぶお菓子と、大人が喜ぶドリンク(アルコール)まで！ ●バスタオルも小さいタオルもたくさん置いてあるので安心 ●調理器具や食器も豊富にそろえてある ※京王線の近くで、電車の音が気になりました。が耳栓も置いてあり対策済でした。 宿泊者とオーナーのやり取りするノートが置いてあり、宿泊者のメッセージにオーナーさんがちゃんと返信しており、オーナーさんへの信頼感が上がりました。 1泊だけでしたがとても気持ち良く利用させていただきました。 ありがとうございました！”

“とても安いのにお部屋なのにとても綺麗でダブルベッドが4つとキッチン、中サイズの冷蔵庫付きで、とっても良かったです。 シャワーは笑えるくらい超狭かったですが、180㎝の旦那も入れました（笑） ただ、写真ではタオルが用意されていたのですが、当日は無かったので、持ち合わせていたハンドタオルで何とか拭きました。 ロックボックスの連絡を３日前には入れて頂けたら安心できたと思います。 東京に行く時は次回も予約しようと思います！！　ありがとうございました。”

“掃除が行き届いて無い箇所がいくつかあった。 ブラインドの汚れが特に酷かった。 あと、2階のエアコンの羽根が壊れていて下を向いたまま動かなかった。 VRBOのチャットからの質問には全く応答なし。 問い合わせに関しては別の会社しか この宿に関しての問い合わせが出来ず それも当日のチェックインのお客様にしか窓口がない為、事前に問い合わせることがかなり困難だった施設情報は概ね正しい。”

“The residence was in a quiet and serene neighborhood of Kokubunji, just a short 15 minute walk to urban areas full of food, activities and train stations. The private home was clean, cozy and easy to navigate for english speakers.10/ 10 would recommend anyone for staying in this home! Host was super friendly and very responsive!!!
