The property seems to prioritize creating “Instagram moments” more than creating memorable guest experiences. Visually, it’s beautiful—the design, décor, and overall aesthetic are thoughtfully curated. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives largely end. The service was consistently disappointing. Most of the staff lacked any sense of urgency, didn’t seem particularly knowledgeable, and rarely came across as warm or welcoming. More often than not, it felt like guests were an inconvenience rather than the reason they were there. There were also operational issues that detracted from the experience. Several menu items at the pool were unavailable, and the pricing at the coffee bar felt excessive. While the hotel advertises a $10 daily credit, it’s somewhat misleading. A simple coffee and croissant quickly exceeds the credit, leaving you with what feels like a standard-priced bill despite the “perk.” Also many issues with the bill for many of us at checkout. To end on a positive note, the coffee itself was excellent, and Miranda at the pool was a standout. She was friendly, engaging, and genuinely seemed to enjoy interacting with guests. She was the only staff member who made us feel welcomed and added a bright spot to an otherwise underwhelming stay.
